Kuik is right. However, it doesn't just present on MHC Class II molecules. MHC Class 1 molecules can present them as well, the only difference is where the antigen came from.

Antigen presenting cells (APCs) present antigen on their MHC Class II molecules.
The animation shows a T cell recognizing a epitope on the antigen directly. which is wrong. The T cell need the MHC to recognize an antigen.
