Raw maca root powder. Raw cocoa nibs. Raw Goji Berries. Raw green leafy vegetables. Raw honey as a sweetener if needed to acquire the bitter tastes. This is how I started. Good eating brother!

I don't spend money on eating out, junk food, drinks, alcohol, clothes etc and instead buy organic raw foods. I feel like I don't need any of this stuff when I am eating really great and feeling really great

oh i'm so sorry internet raw food family. months ago, when i wrote that comment on deciding not to go raw as result of throwing up hands, actually gave me the edge ask a different question. many different questions. it was a good thing, to state, and typical of us flouride users, downers,etc. i'm in the holy flow now, 6 months after i posted the comment, and now correcting my "past" if I have too.

i wish i could be a rawie. i tried, and found it way, way to expensive.unfortunely, this has caused me to forget the whole raw world, although i do look on.

im not depressed because of this, it feels good to make a decision and just live casually on earth and try not to harm but im not growing.i wish. not until im more wealthy. as long as were on the situation of money.

good luck to the 1% of raw food people who can afford this food.

-Grow sprouts, it is easy and costs pennies

-Shop at farmers markets or look for a CSA in your area. From the farmer is far more affordable than a grocery store.

-I dont know about the weather in your area, but I assume you have atleast 1 season you can grow your own food outside.

-Eat less

-You could also look into hydroponic systems and row your own year round

Do not worry there are many ways for you to get around your problem. spend time instead of money to get the things you want. collect wild foods/ grow your own food/ eat to the best of your ability- so eat raw even if its not organic. If u cant grow or find wild change where you live, u could build a co-op group to get food cheaper also. make raw food friends get there advice on how to do it cheap. Grow ur own sprouts real cheap. Hope u find a way to get what u want as its great. :)

How valuable is it to you? It is not too expensive that is a lie learn how to manage your money and stay clear of the overpriced crap. I could not think of going any other way because it would not provide me the fuel I desire. It is very cheap in my opinion especially considering what some people spend their money on.
