@SiMpSoN5694 umm honestly idk lol i havent been there in years, im currently 95 str 90 def 85 att and train on armored zombies which are 60k-100k exp an hour, i recoment those for when ur higher combat, and you only need to do defender of varrock, get a salve amulet(e), and probably get 60-70 prayer for chivalry and piety. but for now if your lower do these. you can probably find its health by looking the indivudual creature up on runehq, it will say it there
