My first (and still favorite) hoop is a Hoop Girl hoop. Since I fell in love with hooping, I had to start making my own hoops so I could have a handful to take with me when I was out. For people who want to make their own hoops, go to squidoo dot com. Then search on "how to make a hula hoop," and you'll find it. Have fun! And make a couple while you're at it. They're can't be too many hula hoops in the world. Rock on, Hoop Girl :)
