she didn't drop her career for love..she made a couple of bad steps.. he press totally picked on her and ostracized for every mistake she made and blown it 10000000 times and made it worse... she was also frozen by her music company..  and got booted to Taiwan. SHe was also blamed for wearing a revealing bikini while sunbathing, which the press took pictures off.. her career was so over...

She dropped out of showbiz and became an OL.

I think she should have pursue acting...
