I love how Stern's response is that it will never be a fair election, so we should just have card check. He never fully accurately or completely answered the question.

I love Stern's response about management and conflict, but he skirted the issue - his union only had to advocate for workers - unlike a manger he doesn't have to balance personnel conflicts with the health of the company or to stake holders. A manager has both - it's convenient that he omits that.
