  • Super ..mais faut avoir du pognon pour avoir cela

  • i had one of them back when i was president

  • Wow, that's really stupid! Someone is so desparate to have a hide-away TV that they invent a mechanism that puts it right where someone will eventually tread on it (in the age it takes to go up), and when it IS up it's too near to the viewer anyway. Ah well, if it makes someone happy. Personally, I'd rather put that TV further away from my viewing position.

  • i have one of those, but with free nocharge cable tv with free phone service, and a free ps3. i won it from the goverment.

  • so cool i wish i had one of those its please god make my dream copme true

  • WTF!! its so slow. might as well just put it on a table....

  • can you imagine (oh baby lets put the porn on) building up to the moment. by the time it sorted itself out cant be arsed love to tired! :)

  • Jesli to jest plasma nie moze lezec na poziomo! :P

  • As a experience tech, and work on robotics, tjhis plasma lift is OK. It is:

    A) Too Slow. I would have used linear motors and juiced up the voltage.

    b) Counterbalance is the KEY to this operation. If you counter balance the load, you could make it move MUCH faster.

    c) for $16,000 I could make this in GOLD and DIAMONDS and make it move faster and sleaker.

    d) something like that should'nt cost more then $2-4k

  • this thing is awesome.. fagget!

  • +32058423095734809790853476083 to what u just said

insanely overpriced, but cool project anyway.

  • Fantastic Idea!

Just wish I could afford one.

One day when the lottery numbers come in I supppose :)

  • My response to this is God Bless Capitalism. If they can actually get someone to spend that kind of cash on something like this, more power to em. On the other hand, if nobody can afford it, they lose money. It's a win-win.

And for all the people angry about the rich spending money on this, it may make them jerks, but it's their money and they can do what they want with it.

  • If you bothered to read the manufacturer's (mvcosman) replies you would know that it was designed not merely as a gimmick to entertain the wealthy, but a solution to the problem of not having a wall to hang it on. Not everyone lives in a drywall box, some people can actually afford waterfront bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows.

  • wow grishno! how insightful! I can afford to buy that $20k car, but nah...other people need my money more! I'll stick to the 11k one and give the rest to charity!

    /sarcasm

  • Plasmas need to be kept upright, they should also last for approx 14 - 16 yrs not 1 year, Dick

  • the first of these is 7 years old and still going strong, this one is over a year old and still works. Tipping plasma problem is a myth.

  • If I had more money than sense I would buy one too!!!

    *walks of muttering jealousy*

  • dust dust & dildo's, thatis what lives under beds.

  • what happens if a baby is behind it? it needs the standrd regulation for safety.

  • The plasma scree with have an electromagnetic, static charge which will suck all the dustbunnie under your bed onto the screen. Thereafter watching kung fu the legend continues will be like watching a puppet show behind a fuzzy sweater. Very FUZZY picture, get it?

  • No dust on the screen, plasma doesn't generate static like the tubes of old. Since the screen faces down, no dust.

  • best invention since the sandwich!

  • Just what America needs!

  • go go gadget plasma TV

  • i want it!!

  • i guess he´s got a small wiener

  • omfg!!! it's a transformer

  • Who needs it, if you don't want to show off?

  • I need it

  • that is the most unnessary piece of motha fuckkinn garbage i've eva seen holy goddamn

  • Wow... dumb. How am I going to hide my shit under my bed if I have a TV down there?

  • If you can afford $16k for the frame and however much for the TV and sound system you can sure as hell afford to build another closet or addition for your junk. Oh! Or have a lift built for your bed! The bed rises up and there's a storage unit under your bed and TV rack.

  • Good idea. Why spend the money on doing something good for humanity when you could get a lift for your bed? Seriously, those people who can't afford food and stuff are chumps.

  • In other words: "I can;t have one so I'm making up a reason you shouldn't!"

  • inventazo!

  • you people are insane this thing is the coolest

  • I bought a plasma tv and when someone help me put it in the car the customer service guy told me you can't turn these tv on its side or the screen. So does that mean the tv will get messed up.

  • I bet it costs more than $29.95! And what if little Billy gets caught in it?

  • So what happens when you and the wife get a lil too crazy and break the bed...?

  • What ever happened to having a cup of coffee,

getting a blanket, and cuddeling up on the sofa

infront of the tv, in the living room!?!

  • we have one there too, sometimes you just want to catch letterman and crash.

  • useless shit!

  • takes like 30 seconds for it to setup...needs improvement..but good invention

  • wow.. the dust that this thing will collect...

  • plasma only works for a year, lcd hdtv is way better, anyway 5 stars for this vid

  • don't these ppl know about the negative effect of watching t.v. in bed on your sex life? but maybe you could put a mirror on it...

$16k? gimme a break. give that to charity, you fat lazy bastards, obvs. you don't need it.

  • why do you need a tv that close to your face?

  • More shit that could go wrong. I would rather have a wall mount.

  • Sweet. Would work for a LCD too, much better.

  • buy my album

  • its slow but its cool thats it can rotate

  • man..thats some insane stuff..a plasma under the bed..why would you want it under the bed??

  • nope ,not very clever

  • As the manufacturer I can tell you that is a 43" runco not a 50. Also, 7 years and never a broken plasma, or bed. Very popular item if you have a luxury condo or a wall of windows oposite the bed. 16K just for the lift if your curious. As for the speed, compared to one of those pop-up lifts this thing moves 4 times the distance in only 15 more seconds. So it's not all that slow. We could make it faster, but then it's louder and shakes the screen more. Oh and costs a bunch more.

  • Delusional vision.

  • too slow. damn.

  • What an excellent valentine's gift! I'm sure she'll love it.

  • That's pretty stupid though... Yea it's clean, but you watch a damn 50"+ tv that close. I have a 52, and it is almost too big all the way across the room.

  • thats bc you have down syndrome

  • Come home, turn on TV, cook dinner, eat dinner, return to bedroom. The TV will have unfolded by then.

  • I don't know what to say. 1/2 of the world population are starving... we have robot TVs under our beds.

  • 1/2 the world doesn't deserve to live i guess

  • yeah i guess it's not what nature intended.

  • I thought you can damage a plasma if tilted or laid down, so I've heard.

  • damn, n ppl will just keep getting fatter n fatter

    LOL jp

  • seems like a waste of money, I'd opt for a bigger bed or tv and it's pretty slow, looks a little stop motiony

  • too bad that position under the bed is stressful on the glass for the screen

  • cool that's gust amazing :)

  • why would you keep a plasma under the bed? A plasma is supposed to be a showcase :)

  • liberal jewish guilt

  • ehhh too slow

  • yeah, make some coffee and take a crap, by the time your done it should be all ready

  • That's amazing I want one right now... How much is it?

That is just the best ever... simply amazing.

  • Coolest. Thing. Ever.

(but also, could ya just see a couple "going at it" on the bed.... while imitating an "adult-related" film.... and getting a little TOO out of control, and Breaking the lift??

  • Ha ha imagination running wild. Huh

  • definately agree with ya there, would break that shit big time while going at it...

  • This bed has more steel between it and the plasma than you would guess. Trust me this has been thought of and taken care of *wink*
