Actually driving to slow is more dangerous than slightly to fast. I dont know how many times ive been going 65mph and someone ahead was going 45 just cruising. Its often hard to judge so you have to hit your breaks quickly and run up on the other person. You can die in a 45mph wreck and you can die in a 65mph wreck. While 65 may be the "limit" everyone drives it. Even the coppers. Most of the time they drive faster. So say hi to the ER for me if you get slammed from behind for being so logical.

The faster you're allowed to go, the more annoying the slow driver is, especially if you can't pass them for any given reason. I recently had someone doing at least 40 in a 50/55 zone. I don't have road rage, but it's getting close 'cause they're just coming out worse.

i totally agree! Like if someone is in the fast lane going slow and everyone around them in the other lanes arent going fast enough to pass them, i just hope they get the hint and move over.

I was sitting at a red light (blocked in) and I watched as an 88 year old lady drove right into me. No braking, nothing. Her explanation to the cop was "I don't know, I was driving along and all of a sudden he hit me". The cop tried not to smile. Good to see you again.

The reason i drive 25 under the limit is so i can spend that extra 25 elsewhere, if i'm running late, in "school zones" or funeral processions - Y'know, emergencies - i can punch out the juice. I explained it better to that jerk that pulled us over, anyway.

I love driving, but I agree that other people drive (hehe) me crazy. My biggest pet peeve driving in LA, the land of the 4 lane freeways, is on weekends the weekend warriors come out and all drive 60 to 65 in all lanes, GRRRR! Move or move over (no road rage here).

btw, I thought the speed limit was whatever you can do without getting caught, lol :)
