I only watched KI this one season, then moved on to other things. I remember it came on Saturdays around noonish. I was 13 and had a mini-crush on Renee then. I thought she sang best out of all of them. Hard to believe that was over 20 years ago!
This was a good song to cover. I was only 2 when KIDS first appeared on TV, but I do remember watching KIDS on TV. I was 12 when the show ended, but it was fun, and still is fun today.
They used to change the words around in the songs to make it more "kid friendly." That used to make me so mad too cause I would be rockin out thinking I was Martika and she would mess me up with the word change. My whole hairbrush performance would be ruined. LOL
It's interesting to see that a cameraman (striped shirt/hat) is visible parts of the video. He's visible between 1:12 and 1:19 (running from the front of the stage to the right side of the stage.
Normally directors are very careful in making sure that none of the studio personnel or their equipment are visible.

I only watched KI this one season, then moved on to other things. I remember it came on Saturdays around noonish. I was 13 and had a mini-crush on Renee then. I thought she sang best out of all of them. Hard to believe that was over 20 years ago!

This was a good song to cover. I was only 2 when KIDS first appeared on TV, but I do remember watching KIDS on TV. I was 12 when the show ended, but it was fun, and still is fun today.

They used to change the words around in the songs to make it more "kid friendly." That used to make me so mad too cause I would be rockin out thinking I was Martika and she would mess me up with the word change. My whole hairbrush performance would be ruined. LOL

It's interesting to see that a cameraman (striped shirt/hat) is visible parts of the video. He's visible between 1:12 and 1:19 (running from the front of the stage to the right side of the stage.
Normally directors are very careful in making sure that none of the studio personnel or their equipment are visible.
