Sasha Cohen used to skate where I skate, she went to my middle school, and my high school. she totally focused on the physical aspect of yoga, not the psychic, or spiritual... a key element in yoga is meditation... i wonder if she practices that also. this is the problem with the westernization of yoga... reducing it to physical exercise. its great that she benefits from that, but yoga is so much deeper, and she didnt portray yoga for what it really is, whatseoever.
