  • 45 min., and not a word about slingshots!

  • You now have my full respect

  • Shava is a ding dong...

  • move it schofield

  • Eff you. eff fakestinians, eff all Islamic radicals and those who keep silent about them.

  • @bpotux this exactley what germans though about jews

  • Disliking all your vids since the "Ron Paul Racist Quotes" barnyard quality propaganda.

  • "The Young Turds"

    Suits you a lot better

Thumbs up if you agree with me

  • actually, by international blockade laws, its legal to board ships in international waters.

  • @barak219 Correct.

  • why the fuck would the alliance with israel be so important for the us?

  • @bbphnix

$2 billion in trade and $1 billion in military contracts.

also, israel has the usa on it's leash and the usa is supporting european concessions towards turkey.

  • He said norwegian! haha!

  • Boarding a ship on International waters is totally legal!!

    Learn the laws!

    Seriously!

And America always boards other countries ships!

The Gaza Flotilla boat was not humanitarian, the IDF knew that the ship was holding tons of ammunition and weapons!!!

NOW DON'T tell me that America wouldn't have done something if another ship came in with millions of weapons?

this ship was coming into Israel with weapons, that would have harmed Israel

People open your eyes and use some sense!!!

  • America did you forget what Israel did to your ship USS Liberty ?

1967 Israeli attack on the USS Liberty that killed 34 American servicemen says former President Lyndon Johnson and his defense secretary, Robert McNamara

Do a youtube search on ( Israeli Attack on the USS Liberty )

  • 13:54- that's one big "switch blade"; how bout you show the videos of IDF soldiers being stabbed; how about you tell us the guy being thrown overboard has permanent brain damage; how about you show us the pictures of the injured IDF soldiers, or videos of the stun grenades thrown into Israeli patrol boats; or the radio transmission in which activists told the IDF soldiers to "Shut up! Go back to Auschwitz" "and that they are "helping Arabs go against the U.S. remember 9/11"

  • @Rac665 The point is thee will NEVER be an investigation of Turkey's genocide of the Armenians by the UN or a trail of Turks for war crimes against the Kurds by the ICJ. Human rights abusing countries use Israel to distract public opinion away from their war crimes with hundreds of false charges against small and weak Israel because they can get away with this garbage. They'd never try this tactic with a powerful nation like China, which suppresses religion, arrests human rights advocates, etc

  • @Rac665 No, they aren't North korea. If Israel was North Korea then the world would ignore the torpedoing of a ship. Only Israel is universally condemned prior to any investigation. They are guilty in the world's eyes merely for being a nation of living Jews. To the world, only a dead Jew is a good Jew. Very sad.

  • 5:29 - If an american ship stated that it's intentions were to enter illegally into Iranian territory, Iran, as insane as Ahmadinejad is, would be in their right to defend their territory.

13:10 - There were no guns or 'real weapons' because the ship was inspected by Turkey before leaving the docks. They wanted to make sure that there would be NO weapons on board. This was very responsible of Turkey, however Israel should not be expected to just accept another countries inpection.

  • 2:00 - The ship was advised to dock in Ashdod to be inspected and advised they would be allowed to continue to deliver the goods. They were also offered by Egypt to dock in Egypt to have the good delivered. There were 8 ships and 7 of them agreed and were redirected.

5:20 - Being Pirates: In order to be considered a Pirate, the offending party must be boarding a ship illegally for personal gain.

  • I am a huge fan of the TYT, but feel some facts need to be cleared:

To begin, I am Canadian and not Jewish and very left wing. I can't stand right wing nuts.

1:27 - International waters: Illegal? (according to maritime law, a ship is guilty of breaching a blockade as soon as it leaves port if it's intentions are to breach a blockade)

  • Thanks folk. Love the Young Turks, from an Irish Canadian.

Not to make light of this, but lard, do I love your slagging of Sarah Palin.

    Cheers, and keep it up.

  • .

The world is going to be so much better off when israel disappears.

    .

The world is crossing its fingers.

    .

  • @ballsauce666 I disagree; the jews have a right to their own state, but it's government needs to be changed; Palestine and Israel should be separate and independent and at peace and actually Israel should be at peace with all of the middle east; that is something the Arabs should work on, too, though; both parties should just agree to live together in peace;

Israel not existing is NOT the solution

  • Video makes a good point, but why all the controversy about the flotilla? As if its some kind of a contentous issue, oh, "the Israelis used excessive force..but the ships passangers were known 2 b connected with terrorist groups.." Really this misses the point -even had it been missiles and not kitchen knives found on-board this military attack wud b a unexcusable act of state violence. FFS they are busy committing a genocide and systematically of 2 million human people, the Palestinian people!

  • 28:00 629 MUSLIM WITNESSES, gee, I wonder what they would say. It's funny how Cenk fails to mention that a number of those people were linked to terrorist organizations, or that the orginal commandos to board the ship were armed with paintball rounds. If he really cared about the truth, he'd stop talking.

  • I'm awaiting the TYT response to Turkey doing raids in Iraq. Turkish armed forces went into Iraq to hunt kurds today. This is the same Turkey that condemns Israel for attacks on international waters. What will TYT say about that...?

  • In my experience, Turks are nice, friendly and generally well educated people. You, unspam, are the exception. Calling Israel some bizarre and derogatory name shows the level of anger you hold and your personal immaturity. You give your country a bad name. You also don't know of the international laws of which you speak.

  • 1) "peaceful living to all faiths during the Osmanic Empire." Apparently The Armenian Genocide never happened.

    2) "In Zionism you are encouraged to lie, kill, steal, and violate the rights of non-Zionist Animals." This is what they teach you in Turkey? I knew that Saudi children read the Protocols of Zion, but I am surprised that the Turks would buy into that.

  • Just look at how PissraHellis are paying back the Turks for helping them and providing a peaceful living to all faiths during the Osmanic Empire. Once they get what they want from the USA they’ll do the same thing to the American people.

  • PissRaHell is declaring international waters as its own property, Pisraheeliees are the only race that can legally practice piracy. International law says that if you're from PissraHell you can do whatever the Hell you want to do. Pissrahell will soon start taxing all non Zionists for breathing the same air.

  • 1) The legality of Israel's enforcement of its stated blockade in international waters is disputed, but the general consensus is that it was legal. (See: Wikipedia on the Legal_assessments_of_the_Gaza_flotilla_raid)

  • @Ethanaxelrod Pissrahell is making up its own international law to justify the killing of innocent civilians; they have no regard to human life, or human rights. They can lie and film Pirates of the Mediterranean on board the flotilla for the sake of PissraHell. In Zionism you are encouraged to lie, kill, steal, and violate the rights of non-Zionist Animals. NEVER FORGET THAT ANIMALS DO BITE BACK

  • @UnSpamable Turkey is becoming more islamist. The IHH which is what many on board the ship were have had links with HAmas and Alqaeda. If Turkey continues with its movement towards islamism it will pay a price for this.

  • @beanersss And that's according to whom? PissRaHell? So it's only ok to be a Zionist Terrorist, but you can't be a Muslim or a Christian Humanitarian? Ah ok Got you bro, next time we'll make sure we pick Atheist humanitarians..

  • @UnSpamable No a number of European nations have made the allegation that the IHH is linked to islamic terrorism.

  • @beanersss Turkey's bigger "problem" is that is no longer has the USSR/Russian Empire to defend against; this means that Turkey can now look south as it tries to become, again, The Ottoman Empire.

The Arabs are fools to accept the Turkish "brand" of Pan-Islamism; they don't seem to understand that what it REALLY means is that Turkey wants them to, again, live under them.

    Turks really don't like Arabs.

  • 2) Israel would have allowed the aid supplies into Gaza were they inspected first. Israel has allowed all other aid shipments in (minus items considered contraband.) After the raid, Israel inspected the supplies and delivered the supplies to the checkpoint with Gaza – Hamas refused to allow it in.

  • 3) "You hear live fire after the white flag is raised." How do you know that, just because some members of the ship raised a white flag, all members of the ship had stopped their "acts of self defense?" Your assumption that the attacks on Israelis soldiers all instantaneously ceased after the flag was raised - and no one can dispute this story because it was off camera - is unrealistic.

  • oh thank god for clenk ugudubah or whatever your name is. good thing sooooo many people have seen this video, riiiiight. now we are all really informed . HAH. riiiight.

  • The President of the United States has gone and paid $400 million in jizya to the palestinian jihadists.

  • @Paulsur By Arabs? The ARabs didn't come to the region until 638 AD; it was The Romans that expelled the Israelites.

  • You don;t support Israel's right to blockade Gaza becuase:

    A. You are a muslim jihadist murdering scum and you follow a child pedophile

    B. You are a dhimmi, you have no balls, no sense of self worth

    C. You are an Oliver Stone/ Helen Thomas style kook, your brain lives in an alternate reality and is short circuited

    Which one are you Cenk?

  • D. You're remotely educated with regards to the legality of the blockade and the legality of the occupation of Palestinian territories.

    E. You're remotely educated as to the fact that Israel claims it only exercises defence, yet it broke the last ceasefire and enables and encourages settler violence

    F. You don't live in America and thus haven't been brainwashed by the biased coverage.

    G. You don't humour the ridiculous notion that Israel belongs to Jews "because god said so"

  • @iiiiiii0000 Your last point is shear idiocy and shows you know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the Zionist movement.

  • @SatchmoSings Care to educate me?

  • @iiiiiii0000 Yeah, you want a dissertation in 500 characters or less of why it is false that Israel belongs to the Jews "because God said so."

I personally think it better for you to keep making this utterly false and ridiculous claim so that anyone that really knows the history of Zionism will instantly recognize "what you are."

You obviously revel in your ignorance (and have undoubtedly done so for some time) so there is no point in telling you otherwise.

    :Now go to Hell.

  • @SatchmoSings Well thats nice. Sounds like you have absolutely no argument. Are you denying that there is a religious dynamic to Zionism? That is demonstrably false.

and "what [I am]"? You're pretty full of venom. So you make no argument and then just insult me? Your profile says you're 56 but from your post it seems like in all those years you never learned how to discuss things reasonably.

  • @iiiiiii0000 01. Like most people of your ilk, you just want so schmear things all over the place rather than stick in that adjective to generate specificity

    .

That said, there is really no point in answering you and it shows that you haven't read even one half-assed scholarly piece on Zionism, so please, keep repeating yourself as you do and keep demanding of me a dissertation (that you're really not interested in in the first place) of 500 characters or less.

  • @iiiiiii0000 02. And while you're at it, let's see YOUR 500 character dissertation on the religious dynamic of Zionism; you could have demolished me this way but instead (in your total ignorance) you make the most futile of protests.

There is nothing reasonable to discuss with you because you're an anti-Semite that endlessly conducts this mock trial over Israel, Zionism and Jews the verdict of which you already know in advance.

    Now go to Hell.

  • @iiiiiii0000 Here's someone that seems to know what I'm talking about; watch the first two minutes.

    watch?v=9oeB3QhX2RI

  • @SatchmoSings I'm very aware that there are Jews that disagree with Zionism. That doesn't mean that the Zionist movement doesn't have a religious element or that Zionism isn't justified through religion. If that were true then what would be the point of anti-zionist Jews using religious texts to contest Zionist thought?

I don't know where you have pulled the idea that I'm an anti-semite? The fact that you're so quick to whip out that accusation only cheapens your usage of it.

  • @SatchmoSings In fact that video criticises the very practice of branding people anti-semites frivolously. You are a very confusing person.

  • @iiiiiii0000 I personally don't take the practice of branding, uh, "people" anti-Semites frivolously; it is your opinion that since I've labeled YOU this way, it must therefore be frivolous!

You still have not answered the part about Zionism being religiously motivated which I said was WRONG and this particular rabbi made my point in greater detail . . .

  • @SatchmoSings Care to explain how I am an anti-semite? I've made no anti-jewish comments, you're using the term as a debating tool which I would suggest is frivolous by any definition

The rabbi is attempting to take Judaism back from the Zionists, that does not mean that Zionists are not religiously motivated, they simply have a different interpretation of Judaism. Many Israelis disagree vehemently with Haredi Jews so citing this rabbi concerning the motivations of Zionists makes no sense.

  • @Paulsur you are a fucking asshole, Israel is a terrorist states and is going to be crash. We the people are not going to tolerate Israel to be above the law. How can you say they have the right to blockade Gaza??? explain that to everyone here.

  • @cesarojas182 Hamas terrorist in Gaza import rockets into Gaza via the sea, they then fire these rockets at innocent people in Israel. International maritime law clearly states the right of Israel to effect the blackade.

  • @Paulsur They are fighting back Israel !!! Did you know when the cross fire was stopped, Israel was the one who started again? if you claim that Hamas are terrorist, then Israel is a terrorist state. Both are doing the same shit killing people. The reason they were dancing is because our fucking government supports Israel and they are killing women and children !! what else did you expect them to do?

  • @cesarojas182 besides I remember clearly the thousands of Palestinians who dance in the streets on 911. They get no consideration of mercy from me, they get what they deserve.

  • @Paulsur I wonder why they do that? Could it be the fact that US weapons sent to Israel have been used to kill innocent Palestinians? Could it be the fact that US zionists frequently settle in the west bank in a religious crusade to claim the land? Or could it be the fact that the US routinely vetoes UN resolutions calling for a 2 state solution based on the 1967 borders?

If you won't acknowledge the palestinian dead how do you expect them to do the opposite?

  • @iiiiiii0000 None of what you refer to facts are facts. Theyare made up baloney. Why doesnt Hamas release Gilad Shallit whom they have held for four years? Why do they fire rockets into civilian population centers? Why does Hamas itself not accept a two state solution? Why does Hamas only want the destruction of Israel?

  • @Paulsur they are FACTS even the UN knows about the atrocities that Israel does. They fire rockets because Israel is killing women and Children !! wtf you think we would do if Mexico would be killing our people !!. Because Israel does not belong were they are. That is Arab Land !! Read the history !! the Arabs were promise they would get all their land if they fought on support of England !

  • @cesarojas182 Arab land? The Arabs came to the region starting in 638 AD; there are many, many indigenous peoples throughout the Middle East and North Africa that would find your remarks a great insult.

The Arabs "got their land" after the First War, what with the Sykes-Picot treaty which also kept the Assyrians from having their own naiton.

Chaldeans, Assyrians, Berbers, Copts, JEWS and Phoenicians all know about Arab Colonialism.

Arabs, GET OUT of Egypt and give the land back t Copts!

  • @Paulsur You spelt your name wrong, Paulsur, as in palsy, because you're such a spastic retard, doesn't have a 'u' in it.

  • @ImAMassiveBender I am not the guy that has subscribed to the nutcase that thinks Cuba has superior healthcare to the USA. That is twilight zone stuff.

  • Palestinians have said many times they do not want peace, they want destruction of Israel. Anyone who supports these jihadists are just weak minded dhimmis.

  • @Paulsur Hamas has agreed to acknowledge Israel's right to exist. Their current platform is an agreement upon a two state solution based upon the 1967 borders. Please educate yourself.

  • @Paulsur

why would they want peace with a country that kills there kids everyday right in front of there eyes?

  • 2 words.... OF COURSE!!!!!

  • Recognize Armenian Genocide!

  • Thank you so much for speaking out truth! Entire MSM of America are bought and paid for by Israeli lobby. They can't say anything that was not approved by Israel. America is truly doomed.

  • Blockade? There’d have been a full-scale invasion years ago, and anybody suggesting that under those circumstances America should start dealing “with both wings of the Canadian national movement without preconditions” would be rightly written off as an appeaser or traitor.

  • Consider that Israel, with 7.3 million people, is under one-fortieth the size of the USA, at over 300 million. Now consider that Hamas and Hizbollah have fired over 6,000 rockets into Israel. Now multiply 6,000 by 40, and try to consider what any American President (even Barack Obama) would not have done if Canada were to have fired nearly a quarter of a million rickets at America over the past 3 years, killing tens of thousands of innocent American citizens and ignoring every warning to stop?

  • @theanticlaus Even ONE rocket or mortar round is totally unacceptable.

  • Where is the name coming from?TYT?

The Young Turks killed thousand of civillians.

Ataturk was in the group "the young turks" and loved alcohol.

  • The San Remo conference set the specific rules for implementing a blockade.

It must be publicly declared and notification sent to all states whose vessels are likely to be nearby.

Having announced its blockade, Israel had no obligation to take the ships’ crew at their word as to the nature of the cargo. The blockading party has the right to fashion the arrangements, including search at a nearby port, under which passage of humanitarian goods is permitted.

Article on The Globe and Mail.

  • The accusation of piracy is inapt, since under both customary law and Article 101 of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea that applies only to acts done for private gain.

Israel’s acts must be analyzed in terms of the law of naval warfare.A blockade of an enemy’s coast is an established military tactic. It is recognized as a means at the Security Council’s disposal under Article 42 of the UN Charter where collective action is authorized.

  • wtf 45min!

  • As a Jewish-Israeli i am telling you it is Israel's fault.

You don't let Hamas fire rockets for 7 years and only then bitch slap Gaza. You don't engage the fucking flotilla in any such non-sense. You torpedo the vessels that attempt to break through. You cannot give this leftist, liberal, antisemitic world confused messages. It cannot process the confused messages. It all becomes wishy washy on the TV and the web. Let anyone know we are firm. There is no messing with us.

  • When it comes to Israel everyone in the American media is a Glenn Beck.

  • @samalsaeede

And how is that a bad thing?

  • When it comes to Israel everyone in the American media is a Glenn Beck.

  • Many Hebrews were not born in Israel..., most Hebrews came from the G-20 countries..., a million from USSR. From New Jersey to almost any country, if you wear a stupid hat, grow a stupid beard, and pretend God finds you special, you can buy a new condo and never pay for the land. Feed them pork and tell them where to go.

  • @Jai666666666 While this is true is is becuase of the 1st diaspora caused by the Romans. Hebrews orginated in Israel and go back as a nation 5000 year in that area.

  • hey the first segmat was something, i really like your show because a dummy can figure it out, and you know what sometimes this dummy cant figure it out because the tv makes shure they show you little to ignore the point, like when i saw this on tv they did not say anything about anyone died. your an honest as honest can get, honestly iv seen this kind of stuff from documentary not on a ship but iv come to understand why the Muslim decide to do terrorist attacks, so with that being said peace.

  • i really love this guy's show, but did he realize that his acronym sounds like... "tit"?

  • Its not illegal to broad a ship in international waters if there is a likely hood for the ship to run the block aid. Then why can't Israel defend itself from people bringing rockets in to the the Gaza strip and other area. Another is why did the people on the ship attack the commandos isn't that enough in any state or country for a police force to open fire...

  • If Cenk Uygur and Young Turks got a show on MSNBC or CNN as they are here, I'd have hope in our world.

  • @kliff215 No one watches MSLSD except for a few brain dead socialists.

  • Humankind is hopeless, hopefully I have mutant genes and hopefully they make me powerful enough to fight all the war drones from america/israel that will run amok in 2025 or just you know get applied to genocide outside gaza (once they are done there).

  • @Realpra Dude, you're no X-Man!! But you are a mentally-impaired mutant if you believe Israel is esponsible for genocide. The only folks calling for genocide in that part of the world are Muslim--Iran and the Wahabbi Sunnis. Get a clue.

  • @theanticlaus Haha didnt mean it like that I mean I hope I will be smart enough to construct EMP bombs and stuff like that.

The gaza strip has become a concentration camp, refugees are sent back by neighboring countries and israel is taking every pitiful excuse to kill the people or blockade their necessities.

No one called the nazis on genocide before the war ended despite all the allied "propaganda" against them, but whether or not the facts are revealed it is what is.

  • @Realpra By comparing the situation in Gaza to the Holocaust you display either your ignorance or your anti-Semitism. There is no comparison. Show me pictures of Arab children with swollen bellies from hunger. Show me the cattle cars taking Arabs to be gassed and then buried in mass graves. Show me the evidence of experimentation on children and pregnant women by evil Israeli doctors. Show me the industrialized slaughter of Arabs. you cannot so your comparison is both onerous and false.

  • @theanticlaus Yeah, Israel isn't nazi germany, therefore everything they do is ok.

  • @Squee505 Yet another baseless comparison between Nazis and Israel. Did the Nazis had Jews serving in the German parliament, had they Jewish generals, Jewish diplomats, and Jews serving in all levels of the Nazi regime? No, but Israel has Arabs serving in all those capaciities. Arabs in israel have more rights and more independence in Israel than in any Arab nation. So, your comparison is specious and likely driven by some other motive other than the search for truth. Rethink your theory.

  • @Rac665 My North Korean topedo has been back ordered, I just got email notification from Kim Jong Il. He will let me know when it ships.

  • What about the intelligence-gathering done by the ground troops? How can you strike with a drone without knowing where to do so? The ground troops provide the stable platform and intelligence needed for Afghanistan and the hunt for terrorism, by not only disrupting the terrorists activities, but also promoting the defensive capabilities of the ordered Afghan government.

  • @Rac665 I won't make any promises, but if you let me know the port you disembark from and the date, I will see what I can do...

  • israel broke all cameras in the ship. and they showed only two videos that show people defend themselves under fire attack. world knows nothing yet. they should talk to actrivists in the ship.

  • you can go back go back to turkey instead of consuming the US social support you muslim bum.

  • @Johneybegod so why do not you leave lands israeli invaded? turks are citizens of usa and they did not invade american lands. why do not you try to be more objective instead of offending any nation in the world after killing them?

  • The reason why you don't see the part were "pacifists" are taken down is for pure respect for the public and discretion to the viewers!! How often do you see footage of soldiers doing what soldiers are supposed to do, on live TV! The IDF KILLED THOSE PEOPLE, that is not the issue in question, but the reason why it had to resort to that option. This guys's got a brand on his forehead that reads PINHEAD.

  • Look at picture frame 45:28, this is clearly taken in dawn with a shadow on the smoke stack. I thought this was a night rade?

    Black Masks? WHY

    VIDEOS FAKED

  • Comment removed

  • You idiot. It was NOT against international law, what Israel did, but it was stupid. "Some degree" of force. They beat the crap out of this soldiers. But IDF shouldn't do it like this.

  • @Moneycaller35 I agree, a torpedo would have been more appropriate.

  • @Paulsur

No no no. They should have killed the engine, and then pulled the ship to israel. No one would be wounded or dead. But this Al Qaida connected-ship wouldn't get to Gaza. But the aid would.

  • @Moneycaller35 they never should have boarded the ship. it was in international waters.

  • @kliff215 Being in international waters is an irrelevant arugument. Maritime law allows for the enforcement of blockades and the boarding of suspected contraband ships wherever on the high seas.

  • @Moneycaller35 Well they are sending another boat at the blockade according to the news, so looks like we will see if they choose your option or maybe mine this time around....

  • @Paulsur

And if I got it right, the boat with irish activists were also borded, but there were no further problems. The soldiers wasn't met with knives and other weapon, so the soldiers didn't need to defend themselves.

  • Cenk is wearing his sleeve-problem suit jacket. :-)

  • Haha, what a whiner.

  • The Lockerbie aeroplane bombing happened in mid-air, over Scottish. The inquiry and trial was held in Scotland, even though it left from Germany, and heading for the US.

  • I think they did send those aid ships...with the navy backing...

  • one state solution = wipe israel off the map!

  • @khadijaq Yeah, that's certainly solving the problem. I'm glad to see that only the Israelis have one-sided views.

  • Video of Flotilla passenger: “I want to be a shahid (martyr)”

You said in a sarcastic way "Thay wanted to die" :

look for Flotilla Passenger: "I Want to Be a Shahid (Martyr)" on youtube

and by the way HAMAS rejected the goods from Flotilla, sended to Gaza by Israel.

I cant post links here but is you whants to find more fact you can visit the idfnadesk channel on youtube

  • @gilshallem Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter called the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip a "crime and an atrocity" Carter said Palestinians in Gaza were being "starved to death", receiving fewer calories a day than people in the poorest parts of Africa. (source: haaretz) In February last year it emerged that food staples such as lentils, chickpeas, macaroni and tomato paste were on Israel's banned list, and only after visiting US senator John Kerry raised the ban (haaretz) read it liar!

  • You people are Crazy! you are sprading lies, and most of you resoreses are from pro-palestinian networks like algazira.

Israel didn't break any Internetional law, THATS A LIE YOU JUST MADE UP! and here is th proof:

look for "Newsvine - Israel, the Flotilla and International Waters" on google

  • Comment removed

  • @Paulsur That law is dependent on the existence of a blockade, if the blockade is illegal then that law doesn't stand. The blockade is inhumane and thus illegal under international law.

  • @Paulsur Blockades are prohibited if they excessively punish the civilian population of the blockaded nation; if Israel was simply blockading weapons then it wouldn't be illegal- it not only blocks construction materials, educational materials and fishing materials, but it also blocks livestock, food products and in effect medical supplies. How is that not excessive? Collective punishment is a war crime. Looks like you're wrong.

  • @iiiiiii0000 There is nothing in imaritimel law that specificallly states a nation can not blockade certain things. You made this up.

  • @Paulsur I never said it was illegal if they blockade certain things, please read carefully. I said that they are illegal if they excessively punish a population beyond any military advantage gained. This is a fact. To argue how the blockade is legal you must argue what military advantage blocking educational materials, agricultural materials and food products provides the Israeli government.

  • @Paulsur San Remo Manual

    102. The declaration or establishment of a blockade is prohibited if:

    (a) it has the sole purpose of starving the civilian population or denying it other objects essential for its survival; or

    (b) the damage to the civilian population is, or may be expected to be, excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated from the blockade.

  • @iiiiiii0000 So you have exaggerated on this claim, because the sole purpose of the blockade is to deny unfettered weapons delivery to a jihadist terrorist group. In fact, food deliveries are allowed, if they are brought to the port specified by Israel, where the cargo can be offloded and inspected. But of course you dont want this, because that denies them the weapons. Seems to me you made the point the blockade is legal

  • @Paulsur Can you read? It was incredibly obvious I was referring to (b). I almost repeat it verbatim. The blockade prohibits the movement of goods in excess of any military advantage it brings. Unless you can inform me how the Gazans having livestock, writing materials and medical supplies endangers Israel.

  • @iiiiiii0000 Food and medicine have not been prohibited from Gaza. It still has to be offloaded in israel, inspected, and then trucked in, becuase of course the murdering jihadists who are trying to smuggle rockets in by boat.

  • @Paulsur Food and Medicine have both been turned away. Many Gazan hospitals don't even have basics such as paracetamol. Your entire argument hinges on Israel's right to establish a blockade but you have still not explained how prohibiting educational materials and agricultural supplies provides Israel with any military advantage. What threat does dried fruit pose to the Israeli people? I'm waiting.

    economist com/node/16264970

  • @Paulsur hahahahah Jihadist are terrorist ?? why because they are defending them self by killing Israeli people? how many Palestinians has Israel Killed? Both of them are terrorist and they are defending their own interest. You can not punish one without doing the same to the other one. Israel has not right to take that land, they do not belong there

  • @cesarojas182 Assuming your handle has something to do with your name means that you are not muslim, that means you are either an ass kissing dhimmi, or you are a complete kook, which is it? wouldnt it be more accurate to call you cesardhimmi182???

  • @Paulsur Its nice how you can't defend your arguments so you resort to insults, browbeating and discrimination. Very classy.

  • @Rac665 Boarding was not illegal in the first place. Research Maritime law, and you weill see that Israel was well within it's legal rights to take the actons that they did.

  • First let me say hello, and great job Cenk and viewers on the page. Please come over to my new page and leave any type of comment related to the gaza incident or something else. your choice completely. Jew or Arab, white black etc.. That being said, What the fuck are the Jews thnking? Dosent this kinda burn up any currency they accumulated with their eggsagerated nazi ordeal? meaning.they constantly overpower a helpless enemy? I can see this ending badly as time goes on...

  • good, honest and open presentation of this whole mess of that raid.

a viewer from berlin. am i now antisemitic???!

  • People here who are making so much out of the international waters part are just being dumb. A vessel or plane travelling to a country must follow security procedures of the destination country. Recently I flew from Spain to the US and US govt ordered procedures were being followed even before we boarded the plane.

The Turkish ship here had made it 100% clear they were sailing for the Israeli line.

  • @Mrparrot73 There is a clear legal difference between being in international waters and boarding a flight. Israel had no jurisdiction over the flotilla, they committed an act of war/piracy.

Besides, Israel was not the destination country, Gaza was.

  • @iiiiiii0000 Sorry...the same rules apply to any transit country as to the final destination. The Turkish ship had clearly announced its decision to cross an Israeli military line and therefore it was the responsibility of the Turkish government to make sure everyone aboard the vessel had the proper clearance to do so.

  • Watch Hannity on this, and you'll get more truthful angle on it.

  • @inspiredmusic1 I have watched Hannity for I happen to be a conservative and watch all those Fox shows, however I also believe that Israel could do no wrong in the eyes of the U.S. So naturally Hannity and others are condemning Turkey and siding with the Israelis....forgetting that Turkey is also a key ally of the U.S.

  • IF they put up the white flag were they done attacking the soldiers?

  • Bobby Jindal isn't doing shit down there in Louisiana. David Bitter is a fucking Lier & hypocrite and so is Mary Landrieu. all those jackasses need to be replaced !!!

  • Awesome program. Thank you so much for your words. Everything you say is 100% true.

  • 120000 or so were watching the live feed.... now if you were shot upon as we all sawbefore they landed.... wouldnt you meet pirates boarding your ship with force ie defence,.......... and they dont show you what happened in the lead up to the landing as well........firing after the white flag has been raised.........yes we hear

letting israel investigate thier own crimes islike f------g for virginity...

  • Professor Norman Baech, a German international law expert and former member of the German parliament was on the Mavi Marmara. I don't think he would have gone if it was illegal.

There were also 2 German members of the Parliament, a Swedish member of Parliament and even an Israeli member of Parliament!

  • I'm ignorant. Why does America like Israel exactly? If someone could reply with a quick rundown. I'd appreciate it.

    TYT ARMY!

  • @Shinius All the technology, medicine, agricultural advances in warm climate regions, solar energy initiatives, shared military advances and the list goes on.

Take a quick look at 28 most wanted terrorist on the FBI list. Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, etc… Quite an impressive list. Israel’s neighbors. Israel has zero chance at peace….

  • @Shinius Ahhh…I forgot. The only true democratic country in the Middle East and lots of oil… My mistake, Israel has no oil… That all belongs to their neighbors.

  • Comment removed

  • @Shinius Because of the christian ties to israel. the United States thinks its there spritual duty to help israel but not to help its own country. israel is getting socialism for our United States, but you wouldn't hear a peek from the teabaggers or republicans about this welfare that the United States tax payers are paying to israel. TYT ARMY!

  • @Shinius honestly to get to the point of it, all the jews run america, now if they run everything everyone is going to do what they want them to do.

  • Comment removed

  • @Shinius Israel did not become an ally of the United States until Egypt nationalized the Suez Canal. You can research much of this history on your own. It would be good for you, you might actually learn something.

  • Thanks for posting this video. this show needs to be watched by everyone
