REGARDING THE VOICES: recording and standing in front at a show you can't hear anyone speaking (no one would anyway around you, they fought their way up there) but filming from the back you have uninterested barflies et al. who don't care all around you gabbing on + the sound you're getting is usually shittier since amps are usually up front. moral lesson: though it may annoy some musicians, if you're recording for posterity, record in the front row. sometimes musicians will dance for you too.
