I have 2 sets of said brand, and yes, the quality of the bits are pretty good, although mainly used for ornamental purposes. You can't really play with it, so they sit on my windowsill and look pretty nice.

Whats funny is *steel tech* was a real line of toys in the early 90s. I had gotten one as a kid and it was cool, came in a tool suit case looking thing with a battery powered screw driver, and a lift to put your builds on (ahhh the memory's)
