As the video is titled, it is Carol of the Bells. And, in the video description I have now put that it is an arrangement by Kirby Shaw. Thank you for your comment. To everyone else, look at the description before asking questions please!
"Carol of the Bells" (also known as the "Ukrainian Bell Carol") is a Christmas song originally composed by Mykola Dmytrovych Leontovych based on a Ukrainian New Years chant known as "Shchedryk" and adapted into English by Peter Wilhousky. The song is based on a traditional folk chant whose language was thought to have magical properties and to be of prehistoric origins and was associated with the coming New Year in Ukraine before the introduction of Christianity
wow, nice information. I never knew that much about the song, especially the fact about the traditional folk chant. Magical properties... interesting. Thanks for sharing!
No, but I'm sure they can be found online. As dmitrih1 said, this arrangement is by Kirby Shaw and there are plenty of sites online that sell music sheets. Hope that helps!
I was just reading over the Summary and I just realside that this isnt professional, did you just do this because you felt like it? how long did it take?
The song or the video itself? The video was pretty easy to put together once I found my way around the windows movie maker's operations. It was just a long process of putting things in the order I wanted.
OH no Im asking about the harmony and singing? Did you just say "Oh lets do this song" What am I tring to ask? Were you just bored and you said hey lets do this song, and how long did it?
I'm still a little unsure about what you're asking... I guess it was chosen because it was a good song and a good version of it. It was for a choir performance, and it was a good song for the girl's that sang it.
Wow, an exelleny version! Love the jazz element tahts added to it and you still managed to keep the classical version going through it! well done, if rating wasnt disabled I would rate it 5*

I love this!!! can i have the lyrics please please pleaseee?

I actually have to agree. I do like the one from Home Alone. Wasn't there one in the santa clause too?

It's Carol of the Bells or Ukrainian Bell Carol by Willhousky - a traditional Ukrainian Carol.

Yes, thank you for sharing that information. This particular arrangement is by Kirby Shaw though, if any one wishes to track down the sheet music.

I think it was still called carol of the bells, but that just makes it even harder to find. There are a lot of different versions out there.

do you know where i can get the lyrics/sheet music for this?
