i used to slouch and have a very hutched back. i tried a therapy called craniosacral therapy. it has made a world of difference and makes it so easy for me to keep my back straight. google it. it changed my life.
I have a posture question. Why does a woman wearing a push up bra and tank top bend forward right in front of you in the veggie isle at the supermarket?
I slouch in front of a computer for work all day! Tried this exercise; felt great! I have previous injuries in my hip & ankle! How do you think this exercise would effect that?

You won't need to worry about your ankle too much here, except if it hurts when you gently point your feet, then just keep your ankle in a position that feels safe
