@charizard8989 before you get on the elevator you long jump( Z and A ) then keep tapping the A as fast as you can(maybe faster because it takes skills!) then you take the stick and pull it the way mario's back is facing.. then just keep pressing A and voilà!(i think voila vola wutever ) XD

he edit the movie by putting the timer from the slide to the video of this, or he hacked his game cuz i think he had an emulator and just made a hack named "timer on all stages" or something like that.
