It was a justified shooting. The court will examine the shooting from what the officers saw and knew at the time, period.

NOW the investigators say that the vicim was not involved in an illegal transaction. Next time, investigate BEFORE you kill the suspect. Also, if you don't dress like rednecks and jump out of an Escalade flashing a gun it may help, too. IDIOTS !!
It appears as if the coward with the gun avoided the car...they never miss a chance to KILL another HUMAN BEING & blame the victim.....No matter if they get it wrong & are charged....they WIIL be aquitted because "laws" do not apply to them....They WILL keep pushing the people & the people WILL push the COWARDS BACK!!!!!

They answer to no one, and if they get in any trouble they get to take a Paid Vacation on TAX PAYER MONEY! Where are the protesters at on this one? Why aren't people marching in the streets demanding an answer?!?
