  • Really really digging your tone man.....tasty playing too.

  • nice flow !! I like your chops, try more triplets, they are catchy :)

  • This is great. I love your tone, and playing is absolutely spot on for me! Regardless of technicalities and roughness, its all about the feel and vibe of a good performance. 2 thumbs up, im jealous! Hope things have come along with your solo album. Best of luck

  • Nice tone, and playing. The intro reminds me of Yellow Bedletter.

  • hey man. are these pickups F spaced?

  • i thought andy timmons using JB pickup on the bridge?

  • Nice tone! Great pickup/sound/playing.

  • Nice playing and tone! Did you wire this up like the Timmons guitar with two volumes and master tone? Are you using a treble bleed? If so what values? You should put some more videos up!

  • Hi are you running 500k tone and vol pots or just a 500k vol?

  • very impressive! great work!

  • Very nice. I love my Roadster head as well. One day I'll get a strat similar to yours, and get that Dimarzio Andy Timmons setup. I'm just wondering if I should get a 250k or 500k pot...

  • Very nice performance. Just curious...if you put DP187 Cruisers in both the neck and middle, how to those positions still sound different? Need to understand because I'm planning on buying a set of DiMarzio AT's to be installed in my guitar, so I want to be sure I know what I'm doing! Thanks

  • Great pickup, but how do the Cruisers sound together in the second position?

  • Hey Drew:-) Nice playing there! I am actually considering installing an Andy Timmons setup of PUs in my guitar, but I cant really figure out what to put in the middle position. It seems that you can only get a neck and bridge cruiser, but no mid. I can see from the description, that you installed a bridge in both the neck and mid position. Does it work well for you and do you get a different sound with two similar pickups?

    Best regards Esben Madsen, Denmark

  • Bro awesome playing!

  • great sound and playing bro! this convinced me i want the at-1 on a fender

  • Very good playing and i love the AT-1's tone! I am surprised there is not more vids of that dimarzio here on youtube? what other bridge pu's have you tried in that strat?

  • Dam those are awesome sounding pickups. Awesome guitarist as well. Got any clue on how the Andy Timmons pickup would sound on a Les Paul.

  • Wow!!!!!!!! You have a real talent! Keep rocking! These Dimarzio pickups are amazing!

    Hugo

  • Very nice! Did you use 250k pots or 500k's?

  • 3 people would rather be listening to Lady Gaga. Very nice tone and playing!

  • @FearNoVodka Lady Gaga is awesome...but so is this

  • are the cruisers humbuckers or hum cancelling singles?

  • @ottozing humbuckers that fit in a single coil slot. but they are 2 coils side by side...with blade magnets rather than pole pieces.

  • Your impression of the At-1 pickup?

  • wow, that was really great, I was just looking to hear the AT-1 but I really enjoyed that, listened to the whole thing! But, speaking of the AT-1, I love the lead sound of it, but I've heard it can get loose/muddy on lower rhythm stuff... what's your take?

  • hello Mate, Yourp playing is awesome. I like the sound of the neck pup especially. Did you use the standard tone pots or did you change them for the 500k pots. cheers.

  • YEAHHHH TIMMONS! :)

  • nice. you should listen to yellow ledbetter by pearl jam. thats what this reminds me of.

  • What kind pot you have to 500k or 250 k?

    Thank you

  • Brother that sounded soooo sweet, use those pickups in good health to play the music in your heart and nail the women of your dreams :)

    warmest regards

    Awesome John

  • nice song, nice sounds, nice axe. And very cool pickup switching, I noted you changed many times during the song, and always sound pefect for the phrasing, the accents and everything else... you know how to make good sounds with your instrument, congrats bro

  • fantastic

  • dude. that's a hot shirt you're sporting.

  • sounds fantastic...the playing...and the tone is spot on for this type of tune...love it! Great work!

  • Sti sboroni yenkee rispondessero una volta alle domande!!

  • That axe sounds awesome and looks great! Is It a mexi 60th anniversary?

  • @josustrat Its a USA model in Inca Silver.

  • what is name of this song? Thank you he whom answer me!

  • @giosim75 This is actually an original song of mine from an album I'm working on. I still haven't gotten around to naming it anything - sorry!

  • @drewpeterson7Good the song is very beautiful I suggest to record at the ASCAP because if Timmons listen the song he snatch it to you. just kidding compliments and thanks for answered

  • @drewpeterson7 I have a feeling that this was strongly influenced by Yellow ledbetter ;)

  • awesome sound

  • wow..good job mate!

  • Gay as hell, which is not suprising for somebody who changes peoples names to pink all the time in a stupid poitless forum....

Next time add some lipstick on your face :D

  • It is a guitar of cool looks.

How many is the number of resistance levels of the guitar pot?

  • Sounds great man!

  • @kissmyaxx -They're really criminally underrated amps for stuff other than the heavier sounds Rectos have always been associated with. If it helps, there's a bit of info on my settings in the description, and on the lead channel I usually run the gain around 1-ish, mids about the same or a little higher, treble 11-12 o'clock, and the bass most to all the way off.

  • Parts sound very similar to the electric gypsy chorus. But sounds awesome !

  • Parts sound very similar to the electric gypsy chorus.

  • Wicked tone man!!!! Im going to drop this pickup configuration into my guitar next year!!!! Cant wait :D

  • Beautiful Strat sound, i want to get a pair of Cruisers for my Am Std strat.

  • man very nice sound but i think that timmons has two cruiser and not two choppers...

  • @aris17561 Yeah - they're DP187 Cruisers, not DP187 Choppers. I ID'd them incorrectly in the description, which I'm about to update. :D

  • Good job!

I'm happy to see that you use the Roadster like this!

This amp is not only for metal!!!

You could put a lot of other vid ! it' good to listen!

(sorry for my bad english from Belgium...)

  • @ludasaan Thanks man! I'm working on an album that a version of this will be on, and I'll probably post a few more videos as I work. And yeah, I absolutely love this amp.

  • Stealing my damn riffs - freakin' drunk....

Just kidding mate, sounds awesome - NOW FINISH THE ALBUM! :D

  • Frigging awesome Drew!! Great tone and playing, and the effects sound great too!
