  • Lol @ all the comments. Why y'all mad though? Seriously its not that serious, so what's REALLY wrong? Y'all mad cuz u didn't think of it first? I bet every last one of you haters went to the hardware store for some red spray paint to follow this tutorial for your own fake Louboutins LOLOLOL

  • i love this thank you so much for sharing! :)

  • How to make hooker wear shoes look more hooker. Nice.

  • you're gorgeous & so are the shoes love

  • i think this is cool no matter what anyone says that is negative.. they click into the video and watched it... i think i might try this.. and i have the real deal doesnt mean im going to hate

  • @strawberryAlexis, thank-you, you clicked on the video to watch it so stop hating on her I think it cool how she did her shoes and also she saving money so pow! Go do you and let her do her! Love the shoes gonna do mine too;)

  • Do you swallow?

  • "use it for worthy things and not worry about materialistic items... don't get me wrong i do buy luxury things but i don't go around flaunting it"

Uhhhh hate to break it to you, but if you're spraying your soles red then you ARE trying to flaunt your "luxury" items and you are acting very materialistic.

  • @notgothic24 actually no. The colour red is not a trademark, therefore she's not trying to make them look like luxury items. That's like saying if you're hair is brown that you are trying to be megan fox and trying hard to be something you're not. So not accurate.

  • "everyone has things they love, shoes are not one of them for me"

If shoes are not one of your top priorities or likes, then why do you care that your shoes look like Christian Louboutins and go through all this deception to make them look like CLs?

  • I wish everyone would STFU hating!.. You knew what kind of tutorial you were going to see from the title. So stop bitching on her video and STFU !.. P.s. Honey I lovvvee how your hair matches your bottoms! Super Cute :)

  • Like the Red Bottems

  • "use it for worthy things and not worry about materialistic items" ... if you are not materialistic why are you trying to pass off cheap brand shoes as designer shoes ... you are idiot .. and your little rant in the description bar is just hypocritical .. stop being fake .. if you cant afford louboutins then just get affordable brand shoes that have a similar design to louboutins .. dont try to copy the signature design of them ... i bet your closet is full of fake purses

  • @db369x i believe she's bin creative whoeva u re honey, dont condem odas for trynna show their talents,u shldnt hv watched it to d end if u did u jst bin jealous and u've got no talent, peace out

  • u don t need to explain your self gurl just like most of the girl you like pretty thing but don t wan t to die 4 it so go girl good job and nice video

  • I like your idea, it's really cool. I also like the statement you posted in you drop box, I totally agree with everything you said. I do not like when people make stupid comments about what someone else should do with their money. Those same people probably don't even own a passport or been out of their residing state for that matter. (IJS)

  • ghetto

  • what hair color is that

  • Where did you get the shoes from ? What brand are they by the way great idea :)

  • Lol this is hilarious! the end cracked me up when your feet was just waving around in the back haha thanks for the laugh girly.

  • @LoveMissAutumn (: lol no problem, now that i see it again it is kinda funny, i have no idea what gave me the idea to do that at the end? hahaha

  • im so gonna do this :) could you do with like hot pink?! but this is a great video, effff paying whatever you have to pay for the fancy shoes, ill put DIY creation into my shitttt anydayyy :)

  • OMG!!!!! you are the bomb.com!!! I love this vid! This is an excellent and very creative idea! I will be doing this! Thanks for the idea Love!

  • I LOVE UR HAIR COLOR

  • I'm gonna try this out on a really tatty pair of old heels before I try it on a nicer pair. There's no doubt I'm gonna get paint everywhere if I try it on my high quality pair first. :P

  • Eww ghetto

  • its a nice idea....gonna do this with a bright pink that will look amazing :D

  • I think you the child because if you want to make a fake then why not get the real one and who cares if you flaunt them around.

  • @Luvnails06 She said in the description box she doesn't like to spend loads of money on shoes. "i just choose not to spend a lot of money on shoes," And she also mentioned in a reply to another comment that she's not bothered about getting real CL shoes she just likes the look of a coloured sole. "i dont want c.l. shoes i just wanted that cute hint of color (:"

Make sure to read the description box properly and read her comments before you make silly statements and dumb questions. :D

  • nice tutorial, but anyone who knows louboutins will know that these aren't real because the inside of the heel isn't red so spray painting that wouldn't hurt. for more precision, instead of using paper, try blue painters' tape, it gives u a more precise edge when you tape it onto the shoe to avoid any paint dripping from the sole to the leather part of the shoe. black is easy to hide the red, but if u want to do nude or something, it's really obvious. other than that, good luck with it all

  • @smilecuzishnhi ......... readthe description before you comment. she oviously didnt want them to look like they were the real thing, she just liked the red hint peeking at the bottom. she never intended for the shoe to try to look like louboutins...... smh

  • @Karliloveable (: thank you

    xx

  • @star0780 :D

  • great tip girl loved this video, really creative.

  • Fabulous idea! I'll be trying a hot pink sole also. Thank you much ;)

  • omg girl!!! im doing this tonight!!

  • AHAAHH IM SO DOING THIS!!!!

  • smart girl. (:

  • Brilliant! Would've never thought to do this.

  • creative and cute! i might try this in purple! i dont want people to ask me if my shoes are louboutins and then i have to be like no...they are from payless lol

  • MissTunichi, you were a big ole nasty bitch and there's no backing out now.....

Betsey Johnson did a whole season of shoes with hot pink soles. Was she faking Laboutin? Whose shoes are NOT worth that money. They don't fit real women's feet. The quality is no better than Via Spiga was before the cheesy Nine West people bought them, and they were a pair of C notes generally. Designer means nothing but flaunting money. Too many big names make ridiculous low quality shoes for the money- Man

  • @KatrinaMess LOL, you're so funny. Yes, I'm a big ole, nasty bitch ;). But really backing out of what? You're acting like I insulted the girl..

  • Good video. Your shoes came out very nice. I don't understand all the insulting comments. If you don't like it, don't do it! You don't have to put down her ideas. Haters, get a life!

  • Oh- green soles on yellow shoes? Repulsive!

Whichever one of you screeching cats thought that up PLEASE do not ever attempt design. And perhaps you should dress in all gray...

Wearing black is a design/ art world thing. Don't try it...

  • Red soles are not a Laboutin proprietary mark, children. Red soles on your shoes were A Thing at Versailles- among those high heel wearing MEN! They've cropped up throughout history meaning anything from high status to "Hey! I'm a prostitute!".

So everybody getting nasty about this girl "faking Laboutins" can shut up and get educated. I have red soled D'Orsay style pumps from before all you middle class people ever heard of Laboutin on Oprah- And I won't quit wearing them just because of your

  • There is no look alike. Either you have it or you don't.

  • @YouniqueMakeup Obviously if you can make it look like it then it is a freaking look alike. Lol. you make no sense.

  • why didnt you do the back of the heel?

  • @anavywife28 because i didn't want to completely copy the design i just love walking in heels and you can see a color peaking from the back, the heel detail wasn't anything special to me .. i dont want c.l. shoes i just wanted that cute hint of color (:

    xx

  • 2:57 if you want to see how she gives a handy J

  • love this vid! I will definitely try in my fav color

  • Coooool

  • LOL!

  • Dope i love you for this video and eff the rest who dont Your Dope

  • @pinkcutti lol thank you

    xo

  • People who spend hundreds of dollars on shoes are daft.

They are just SHOES. You walk on them.. they eventually get worn out.

Why spend that much when you could be putting it to a good cause. People do these DIY shoes because they are smart. The results are almost identical (besides the name on it).

Kudos star! I love your videos and am currently working on pair 3 of DIY heels and this video gave me a wonderful idea!

And for the record.. everyone loves them except snobby brand zombies!

    3

  • @HaileyHellcat Shoes may be just shoes. But Louboutins or Manolo Blahniks are not JUST shoes. They're handmade pieces of art. If you watch Christian's interviews, the way he talks about woman and why they love shoes so much, you'll begin to understand it all. It's not about being practical. And please, don't say these are almost identical.

I'm in no way a "brand zombie", but if you appreciate any form of art, i'm sure you're able to appreciate fashion.

  • @BeMarvelous i understand and completely agree that's one of the reasons i didn't color the inner part of the heel, i have no intentions of robbing the designer of his art.. i would never purchase a "knock off" or anything that claims to be the real thing

    xx

  • @star0780 Oh.. but that wasn't directed to the video in particular.. I was just stating my opinion regarding that one comment!

I have nothing against the creation of pieces that are inspired by a designer's work (which is completely different from knockoffs), I just want this person to understand that some designer pieces are not overrated and that there's a lot more into it than just the fact that it is a shoe. :)

  • @star0780 Thats why I liked your vid! There are all of those people out there who buy knock offs, when they can just do what you did. Yours came out pretty well too! The red is identical to the soles on the Louboutins :)

  • Have you ever heard of "Save your sole" They have red soles to put on the bottom. They have other colors also but the red it cute!

  • You know what, forget what anyone else says. I like the DIY versions, and I've seen different people do the exact same thing. And if you are like me which is a broke college student, then these are awesome because honestly who the hell cares if people notice it's not real, it's still awesome. So good job!

  • I really don't care what people want to do with their lives, but me personally, i would rather get real Designer bags/shoes/clothes etc. Because, when you buy fakes, you are promoting a black market operationthat is really bad for our economy and the designers themselves.

  • @lizizlovely

i agree with not buy knock offs

i just love the color of the sole on a c.l. shoe beside it was purchased from charlotteR. it even says it on the bottom of the shoe,

i would have done another color but red is one of my favorite colors

also designers are not able to copyright a color so i thought it would be ok? (:

  • @lizizlovely I don't believe it makes a difference. I don't believe in fakes / knocks off myself out of general respect for the designer but I see no problem with designs which are clearly only inspired by the designers version. Nothing will ever compare to the concept of wearing genuine designer shoes. Those who can afford it will continue to do so and would never settle for less, the rest will continue to make do or without. But as I said, definite difference between knock off and inspired! xo

  • @lizizlovely I completely agree.

  • I'd love to try this with a different colour, like a bright purple maybe. Couldn't care less about whether it's a Louboutin or not, I just love the look of a coloured sole :) would this be possibly easier with cling film instead of paper?

  • If you don't have money for real Louboutins, why fake them? Why do you have to have the shoes fake or real? I don't have the money for them and neither am I going to buy fakes or make look a likes. I'll just buy other cute shoes. Who cares if you got Louboutins or not? But anyway good video.

  • @MissTunechi She's NOT faking them. She likes the color on the bottom. And has made that so clear. lol. If she was trying to fake them, there are some details she missed.

  • @mimi1dream I'm not talking about her, but the people that are going to use this video to fake them.

  • @MissTunechi Yea, I'm sure people will, which is quite ignorant. Its not like Louboutin trademarked the color on the sole. He just lost a court case for it.

  • @mimi1dream Yes, but why go true all this when you can buy (cheap) heels with red soles? Anyway, everybody can do what they want.

  • @MissTunechi Well, in the case of red soles, you don't see that alot but when it comes to like green soles and other colors I've never seen that! Lol.

  • @mimi1dream Lol, where I live I see red soles a lot!

  • I really enjoyed this video. Don't pay attention to the insults. It's a great option for those who are unable to spend 600+ euros on shoes. Hell I don't even make that in one month lol. Thanks!

  • I love this idea I think they turned out really nice!

Can I ask what is your theme music playing in the background?

    Thanks for sharing

  • @DimplesDeep1 the songs were on the imovie on my mac computer lol i have no clue of the names of the songs? sorry :\

    xx

  • why is everybody worried about if she sprayed the bottom of her shoes or not who the fuck cares let her do her

  • @MegaPinkFashion

    thank you (:

    xx

  • YOU GO GIRLLLL!!! haha would've fooled me

  • people are just mad becuase they spend thousands of dollars for A RED SOLE and you come on here and do it at such low a cost. keep doing what you are doing awesome tutorial;-)

  • @itsWhitneyMarie lol thank you

  • @itsWhitneyMarie that's absolutely not the reason why people get mad. The color of the sole doesn't matter, it's that it represents the designer and since the red sole has become a trademark for Christian Louboutin, it's just frustrating to see people walking around in fakes... like people with look alike designer handbags. Its really about the sense of pride in representing the designer.. not the colour of the sole.

  • @balletbabe1098 no people like you have made it a trademark of Louboutin. The FACT is that red soles have existed way before Louboutin and will exist way after he's gone. You want to spend all that money for a RED SOLE thats on you, for the rest of us tryin to save a buck, ill do things like this and look just as good.

  • @balletbabe1098 ad hey if they are so great why are you stressing bout this or feel the need to comment? lol ppl have been buying knock offs forever and its never going to stop, if youre secure in your purchase and know its a better shoe and worth all that then more power to you! and hey if you want a cheaper option you have that choice too, arent options great!?!!!

  • @itsWhitneyMarie I know what youre sayin, but designer shoes are very well craft. Top quality in fact. You might spend alot on a pair, but its going to last for years to come. Just consider that cheap shoes from the high street are mainly manufactured in areas like cambodia, India, vietnam. while Louboutin has the best craftsmen at his french factory. I cant afford designer anything lol! On an average, those I buy last a month tops because I wear them out and they are awful quality.

  • fail

  • no

  • everyone who has "liked" this video is AUTOMATICALLY apart of the "BASIC BITCHES CLUB".... are you serious with this crap? and on CHARLOTTE RUSSE shoes no less? I'M JUDGING.

  • @justcallmeGIA everyone has their own thoughts and i really don't care but if you're going to quote a song ("basic bitches..") then at least know what its talking about "gucci, gucci louie, louie fendi, fendi prada, them BASIC BITCHES wear that shit but i don't even bother..." and if you're not, then try to come up with your own one liners to cut people down .. thankU (:

  • really,

i dont care if you came up with it first and if you're quoting it or not,

i just dont understand people like you,

who thinks just because someone does something you don't agree with you have to go and call them names, & really who are you to judge?

  • @justcallmeGIA LMFAOOOOOOOOOO THANK YOU GIA!! THANK YOU!

  • @SplendiferouslySteph lmaooo i love you steph!!! i just come and say the truth and she's pressed. CL's aren't THAT important that you need to go through ALL of this to try to stunt!

  • @justcallmeGIA Why don't you get her A REAL CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN SHOE. -_-

  • @CHEEKABOOMBOOM i'm confused.. was that an insult or what? please realize that you make absolutely no sense. maybe should get HERSELF some REAL CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN SHOES and stop looking like a joke in SPRAY PAINTED charlotte russe heels. thanks.

  • @justcallmeGIA Your dumb to quote that song, its means you're the basic bitch that buy's it hahaha

  • @bitmeok you're about 3 weeks to late dumbass. you're stupidity is showing. please tuck it in.

  • kreationsbykayonline. com and facebook. com/kreationsbykay has DIY Louboutins that takes less than 20 mins to apply..check it out!

  • I actually had the idea to do this months ago just never did! Love it!

  • If I find a cheap pair of boring black heels, I might do the same.. But instead of red, maybe something fun like hot pink or blue.. Thanks for the idea.. =)

  • Cuuute....can't tell they're not the authentic CL.....;)

  • awesomeee! =P

  • Hy, where did you buy shoes?

    Thx.

  • Some people can't afford those expensive shoes so those people rather paint the soles of the heels red or buy fakes. Dropping half a grand or more on /just/ a pair of shoes is kinda crazy to me. If I even had that kind of money; I honestly rather paint the heels red and donate all that money to people who actually need the money instead of being a materialistic twat who buys something just for the status/label of it. This video is great though. I will do this soon. Thanks for sharing!

  • I have two real questions, when you walk on concrete do you leave red marks behind and did you have any problems with the paint making the heals more slippery or effecting the grip of the heal?

  • @glitterandglueforyou honestly i havent worn them yet lol (:

Im 5'5" and i live in hawaii a lot of people a shorter here and i hardly go out because im not really a clubber

but if it did come off i would just re-spray it

  • *a lot of people >>are<< shorter

  • all of the people that are like "buy the real ones" and "you forgot the inner heel part and ruined the shoes".. they clicked to watch this... so they must have wanted some diy red heels? losers ;) by the way they look lush :)x

  • i love it:D

  • LOL!!!

  • i love your hair!

    what color did you use?

    :)

  • I'm so doing this! Lol

  • Great idea! I was trying to figure out how to make my soles red, and 'duh' spray paint never occurred to me. I will definitely be trying this, myself.

  • These r super cute..just found ur channel thru ashar *luv her btw*..wat dnt ppl understand about jus liking the look..its not like u want ppl 2 think u spent a lot of money on the shoes..u jus wanted to add a pop of color 2 a boring black pump..I love the idea bcuz instead of wearing jus plain black pumps I cn get a lot of them nd paint the bottom to match a certain color in my wardrobe <3 *faved* oh nd more diys

  • Love the red look....I'm not going to waste a months worth rent on shoes just bc I like the red!! I'm gna try it!!

  • brilliant (.

  • @ChryssieLuu Um, the entire bottom of the soles is red on an authentic Louboutin. The part that touches the ground gets scuffed up if you don't put protective vibram soles on them. Either your mom has worn them a bunch or she bought them used. ;)

  • do louboutins not have a red inner heel too?

  • ITS MASKING TAPE =) LOL

  • Great video! Does the paint rub off when you're walking say on hardwood floors, etc?

  • Why would you do that

  • @nidzrulz4eva boredom honestly

  • I liked it ;)

  • @floortjeraaymakers thank u <333

  • i hope you don't get sued!!!

  • @SiimplyGawgeouz1 She won't XD!

  • @SiimplyGawgeouz1 painting the sole of a shoe red is not a violation of the law ( law student in trademarks atm). Plus shes not marketing it =p

  • If you're trying to impress someone by having the 'Louboutin' look, chances are.. they'll notice right off that they're not Louboutin.

  • i would like to have the real one then the fakes

  • This is very creative I love the video.

  • Why are you guys trying to attempt to replicate Louboutins. You guys just look desperate. Just save up and buy the real thing~

  • @westboem i think you're desperate for attention. people can do what they want. if they want shoes with red soles, then why not do it yourself? she herself said that she doesnt care if people know its fake.

  • @MSwhitepromise thank you im glad there are people that aint so sensitive lol ... who nominated them fashion police anyway right?

  • @westboem because not everyone can afford $900 shoes you little snob

  • Thank you for sharing!

  • I don't think you lack for creativity, BUT the only problem is, you'll have to keep your shoes on at all times because the inside label would give away your secret

;-) Otherwise, it's a unique alternative you're doing for yourself.

  • @lkofie

thank you but i honestly dont mind if people know its a fake "no shame in my game" lol

    xx

  • @star0780 I HEARD that......walk in stride! :-)

  • @star0780 try kreationsbykayonline . com for some pretty cool DIY Red bottms and other colors too!

  • @lusciouslatina1, you obviously wanted to copy the look yourself if you took the time to VIEW THE POST so... what does that make you? why would 'star0780' feel embarassed if she crossed paths w/some1 who just blew a grand on something as insignificant as 'name brand shoes' when she accomplished an equally cute look on her very own with her creativity?? u sound so shallow, materialistic, & if u like blowing money like that, you're probably in debt & rather buy clothes than pay rent. labelwhore

  • @randahlirene thank you im so glad there are still kind people in this world some people can be so cold sometimes :/

    xx

  • @star0780, I just want to say that this idea is WONDERFUL!! I dont know why some of these loosers are so hell-bent on saying negative things about you being creative with your shoes. I love putting a unique spin on things & im not a Label-whore like these fools who are crying about you 'stealing' a designer's idea. ITS CALLED BEING INSPIRED PEOPLE! GET A GRIP! Keep doing your thing, & continue posting your wonderful ideas. LUV THEM! :)

  • @randahlirene thank you very much

    xx

  • @lusciouslatina1 it would be embarrassing if i actually cared :) btw i do know that its colored on the inside i just could careless thanks for the comment

  • You should wear gloves when painting so you dont get paint on your hand. ; )

  • @ovet81 lol i know i totally forgot :)

  • oh wow.. just Buy Louboutins...

  • @bellamami donations are welcome :)

  • @star0780 lol....I know right!!!!

  • You're cute

  • that is awesome.. i love this!!

  • @HairLuxury89 thank you

    <333

  • Great Vid ! Would I use the same technique if I wanted mines done the same exact way you did yours but instead with a white heel? Also when spray painting the actual shoe does it matter what material it is?

  • Girl, I don't blame you. I love louboutins but you will never catch me paying $1,000 for a pair of shoes. This DIY is great & smart. Forget what the haters say, you did a good job.

P.S- You need to spray the inside heel as well because that is red too. & try to use heels that are cornered, not round. Louboutins always have cornered heels. :)

  • @FashionController thank you .. naw no one bothers me i always keep my head up :)

  • The red "bottom" is totally Christian Louboutins signature. This DIY is soooo lame.

  • @x0ticShwty true but mine isnt even close to being the same and thats the point its for the look nothing else :)

  • You do realize that they sell shoes online for about $20 with red soles so you do not have to go through all that, right? Also, any diehard Louboutin fan would recognize the fact that you did not spray the heel. The inside of the Louboutin heel is also red, the side that faces the red insole. So, you may want to consider that when making new pairs. I Mean, if you're going to rip the man off, at least do it right, right? :)

  • @Cherbaby66 no i didn't know that but ill check it out now, thank you (:

& i do realize a diehard fan will know the difference but i don't mind because im just coping the design without full mocking it, that's another reason i didn't paint the heel or bother with the inner part :) im just making a boring heel fun

  • fake louboutin's = laaammmeeeee :P

shoe designers deserve credit for all their hard work :)

  • @limeysweetdog not everyone can afford louboutin's & i did say its a c.louboutin imitation so i think im crediting them, if i were them i would take it as flattery (:
