i'm i the only one who thinks crown uses easy music so they can focus on visuals? also if you say you that they have the loudest brass, you're right but thats only because they on't use a normal amount of guard. extra spots are used in their horn line. if you disagree with me in anyway please reply to this comment and tell me how you feel

Haha their settin off car alarms - the force/sound or somethin does it (for those who arent familiar wit this occurce). My highschool line was doin it last summer. A drum corp battery like crowns would set of every alarm if there were more cars around. Thats funny.

I love Showstyle bands but their drumlines never impress me because there is too much dirt(flamming,not hearing one drum with 10 people in a drum line)between the whole drumline...If you want to see flashy but challenging sounding stuff check out the Cavaliers Dumline in 2001, 2002 or 2006

Happens with my HS's drumline all the time when we march to the stadium. But in other DCI vids if you listen sometimes you can faintly hear them. Somehow Crown tends to get stuck warming up in the lot rather than grass or somewhere else where it's easier for them to get focused and in their zone. But they sure as hell manage to anyways.

The snare tuning is just fine. Overcranked and dry snares sound terrible. At least these have some body that will project on the field. I can guarantee they won't sound that muddy on the field. It's the Lee Beddis tuning. Super tight bottom, zero tape, and medium-tight tops.

Heaven forbid you hear some actual snare sound instead of sounding like a formica table top.
