But considering critical acclaim, radioheads "the bends" and most certainly pulps "different class" are regarded as better records than blurs AND oasis' attempt that year. And even if blur was less critically acclaimed that year, I still prefer their music. And that is taste..

thing is oasis progressively got worse after morning glory, blur started off perhaps somewhat bad in the very early 90s but just kept getting better, their style and direction changed with the times where as oasis just turned shitty and stagnated.

oasis rode off the fame off a single song (wonderwall) and then turned to shit.
