Comment on the Joker: Good acting. You got Nolan-verse down. I have one suggestion though. Since your voice isn't as...deep as his, you could edit your dialogue with a pitch generator. Making your voice a bit deeper and maybe a little more gravel.

Anyway, besides those possible tips, I really like this.

Interesting take on Harley and Joker. I'm digging it. I would have shown a little more build in her desire to join Joker. The blush when she realized he was talking about her letters was good. But a build-up of wickedness would have been cool to see in her.

If its a fan film, call it a fan film. Joker's makeup was pretty close to TDK - but why would his outfit be identical two years later? It was filmed and edited nicely, but the Joker's voice and delivery were off. That might be due to the poorly written and unnatural sounding dialogue, but to be fair, he is a very difficult characted to write for and portray.
