Try liquid Tide, I didnt think it would work (the laundry soap) but it did, I guess most laundry soaps have a blueing agent in them, Also try RITE Dye but the whitening/brightening one
white cotton material over the top of cheese cloth soaked overnight in Gain laundry soap then 4 hours in Mrs. Stewarts blueing liquid (at Kroger),2 48' black light bulbs in reg cheap floresant strip, both The Home Depot

I have looked at the Tide products here and they no longer contain phospates or how ever you spell that.The other item I simply cannot locat thus far
