Healing energy or chi is in living thing's therefore it can be accessed without any attunements, a child my cut itself but can heal, otherwise people would need attunement when they are born, in addition reiki master's can charge people to be a master in a weekend, I did level two with space between 1 and one, and the energic change's were a lot, it could mislead people, also it's not just about attunement it's about character ethic too.

D the traditions aren't secret any longer. you can do a search on them on the net and find ll the info you want.  all of it is in the form of text though. there needs to be a video explaining the procedures.
