@omega4chimp well this video was about Magnesium but I've been researching and taking Iodine for 8 months now and I can't say enough about the importance of Iodine/Iodide ...do you know about the website Iodine4health. It is a wealth of info. Curezone has great info and there is a post on godlikeproductions that is 9 pages in length that is good too. Hope you check them out if you haven't already.
