I sent a complaint to the CASH4OFFERS support and they were very rude and said "Since we run the site, we have the rules and we can change them anytime." They had prior to this said that if I reported them they could cancel my membership I replied that I would because I would never be able to get my earnings because they would always raise the amount every time I reached it.

Signed up with CASH4OFFERS , very few surveys that you qualify for and you only get $.01 for most and if you do complete a survey you only get $.50 and when you start they set the limit at $10 before you can request a payment BUT when you get to $10 they change the limit up and when you reach that limit they change it again. I was recently trying to get to the $25 limit and I finally reached it and the next day I went into the site to redeem my earnings and low and behold the limit was now $35.
