theres a lot of options to fix this one of the one he said helped me so i found my own and that was when u see the package download error hold down the home button until you go to the main screen then try to download it again it will work.

If nothing else works then the reason it isn't downloading is probably because of something faulty in whatever you are downloading.

The host is either bad or you're not connected to a viable internet source. If you investigate these problems don't work restore you're iPod.

Not available, viable, or in other words, useful. You may be connected to an internet connection that has bad transfer rates, or is slow. Try connecting to another internet source. If that doesn't work contact Apple, but do NOT say that you jailbroke it.
