I have tons of trauma issues that resulted in bpd. This video is a great way to distract myself from negative emotions. I was most impressed when my hands and feet really did feel warm and heavy! It scared me for a minute, but then afterwards I completely relaxed. Just now I tried putting my index finger and thumb together and felt a difference. Apparently, I am very receptive to this. I will definitely learn more.
Nature is transcendental from one moment to the next. Nothing stays the same forever. It's part of our communication process and detached from desire therefor relaxing to watch. You really wonder why?

@cdntrainee Your reaction is actually not uncommon when first starting meditation. The reason being is that we tend to suppress our emotions in our society, It is very common for uncomfortable feelings and memories to surface during your beginning meditations, this is a way of your psyche cleansing itself. The only way to get rid of your anger and hurt, is to embrace it and accept it. It will be painful, sometimes almost unbearable, but stay with it and you can transcend it.
