umm we had dudley starting for us yes chris dudley if we had ewing we would have been dead even we would have had camby and ewing at our bigs to match d-rob and duncan. the spurs had a weak backcourt even though super mario and sean elliot were good they were old spree and houston would and did kill them as seen in the numbers they put up but it doesnt matter now does it the knicks are a league wide joke and these days are pretty sad days to be knick fans...

The Knicks always drove you nuts in the ninties. As good as they were, they would always lose games that really got under your skin because they had no business losing them. That was one wild season with some great memories.
The thing that separated those Knicks from the other playoff teams in the East was their speed. Particularly Marcus Camby and Latrell Spreewell. Those two ran rings around the Hawks and Pacers. There was no answer for Marcus Camby's speed and agility.
if patrick ewing was healthy they would have put him at center and marcus camby at power forward in the starting lineup, that way it would have been an equal match against Robinson and Duncan then the knicks would have won the finals

LMAO, very good one; the Knicks would still have been smoked by the Spurs with David Robinson and Tim Duncan; Robinson would slice through Ewing everytime the admiral got the ball and he would have gotten there quick enough to keep Ewing outside to block his shots. As far as Duncan goes, Camby would have given Duncan a bigger challenge, but Duncan would have been the team's leading scorer.
Who cares the Lakers won but they were very exciting and sepctacular to watch. The Bulls won yet they were one of the best teams with the best player. This Spurs team wins but nobody gives a damn because they are so f'n boring.
