Dude, u gotta use spirit jailbreak. That worked for my iPod. It took me about a year and I even have the same iPod it's a 3.1.3. Trust me man

@vini10maz dont try it, i downgraded mine, then the blackrain didnt work and a whole bunch of shit happened and it took a long time to get it back to 3.1.3

you don.t need to wait, just go download the old 3.1.2 soft ware and you will have a jail broken ipod touch
