@darkmasterofssbb lawl. i solved my problem. i was using mo's creatures mod. using the normal dungeon obtainable saddle i could only mount pigs and couldnt mount the horses in that mod. but i forgot the mod has its own saddle for the horses, which you make with 5 leather and 3 iron ingots. using that you ride horses and you CAN control them, compared to pigs whom you CANT.

you can't make saddles u find them in dungeons (which are pretty rare) i found one right below my house in a huge cave i also got like 20 dimonds in my chest from going really low down into the map the map has no border so thats cool but it takes more memory the bigger u make the map by going farther. :) and you know how to ride the pig guys? cause i found 2 dungeons so far :[) in less then an hour hehehehe >:[)
