I like Nikol Kollars' version best. Is there a "proper" Kinks version of this or just the demo that can be found as a bonus track on the remastered "Kinda Kinks" album?

Just the demo.

If the Kinks did an original members reunion, they would be the oldest intact group in the world. No other rock band from that era has all its founding members living.

They could do a tour based just on Kinks songs that have been covered 100s of times over by other artists, in commercials, movies, etc.

The set list could go on for hours.
