@SterileHD i have bitdefender 2011 as you can see and it comes with a tool called file shredder that permanently deletes your files so when ever i finish with something i just shred it or i also use ccleaner to get rid of all the junk. and i dont keep useless things haha like my friend keeps old music he downloaded from frostwire on his desktop even though its no itunes and on his ipod so he doesnt need it no more haha

so when i update my driver how do i know it is the newest one? i have a geforce go 7400 and i have checked the NVIDIA.com website and tried to download the driver but nothing works and now im doing what this video told me and i dont know if its a new driver or not please answer?

@funowning what you could do is check what the latest name of the version is on Nvidia and then once you got it check which one it comes up with on driverchecker if nothing comes up for that then it means you have the latest one.
