surely if that guy was tortured, his human rights were violated (article 2 under the human rights act- the prohbition of torture)? if you are serious about getting justice you should contact a human rights lawyer?
The acting is comparable to that of the A&E doctor and neurology consultant who are both testifying for the prosecition of this thug. I suppose I should have put in the view from the overhead cameras that clearly shows the bruising and swelling but I put the video together in a rush, you lives and learns eh?

Besides the fact that I was not drunk and had my hands in my pockets whilst was walking away from a couple of PCSO's who were trying to cause an issue, I never raised my voice nor caused a breach of the peace nor dissorder, I merely questioned what they were doing and their authority. This pair of thugs shoved me face first into a shop window and followed up with this treatment because I asked them to be polite and to stop treating me badly.
