Best dream I've had recently is a bit of an epic tale.

Me, my sister and my friend got captured by some midget slave drivers. We managed to escape but we got split up. Then I went on a massive quest to find my sister and my friend which involved (at one point) jumping through a huge stone toilet in order to collect some magical cotton wool that I could use to heal wounds. The story goes on but is too long

supposedly you have to wake up out side of your normal pattern. meaning if you go to sleep and wake up at the same times everyday your body gets used to it and pulls you out of deep sleep well before you wake, in anticipation of you waking. Naps are good for dreams or weekends.

About the patch and dreams, it's no surprise since nicotine has well-known psychotropic effects. Use a search engine with "nicotine" and "psychotropic OR neurological". I tried pasting in some URLs but stupid YouTube won't let me.

Now I don't need a patch because my tobacco habit consists of two cigars a year (and I skipped this year), but what you say tempts me to try it to see what will happen in my dreams.

Last night, me and wifey moved into a flat in London. While wifey was out of the flat, people just started coming into the flat and said they lived there. Luckily, the flat constantly got upgraded with new rooms and even a second floor (which had its own kitchen and bathroom) so it was cool. They seemed like a good bunch of folks, anyway. I used to work on cigarette machines that would spit out 16,000 cigarettes a minute. And there was cigarettes all around me, huge bins of rejected cigarettes, everyone smoking in the break room, lived on a tobacco farm and I never smoked because when I was 6 or 7 and I sneaked a cigarette butt and smoked it, my Dad caught me and told me I could smoke if I wanted to, but it would be the stupidest thing I did my entire life. True story. But I probably smoked a dumpster load of pot. lol

Did you get a cover for your comforter? They're cool at keeping them from getting stuff on them...but I feel comforters are more magical if you leave them alone. Then again, I got this cool cover that was a turtle smoking pot...like, it just looked cool but the comforter was more comfortable without it. So I stopped using the cover. great job i quit 2 years a go jan 11th 2011 and i used the patch too. the patch did not give me weird dreams so i feel slighted hehe. any who if i can quit any one can because i said all my smoking years i would die with a cig in my hand. Congrats on quitting when I quit I couldn't use the patches.They messed with my heart so I had to go from 3 packs a day to none.I have really fucked up dreams when I eat to much food with MSG in it.Lots of getting shot and being set on fire and some other odd things.Finally got to see BWM you did a great job.
