I'm curious about your reference to the "black man" in the first stanza. I really like the whole song. As you get more passionate during the final chorus, the piano and accompanying rhythm remind me of James Taylor's rhythm in "Fire and Rain." Your vocal is very different from Mr. Taylor's. Your tone reminds me of Michael Buble's tone. Don't get me wrong, your performance and songwriting are both unique.
