that's not true :))) this gypsies are hungarians :ppp ... but gypsies are a minority .. they don't live only in Romania, they live in Hungary and other countries too.. they speak romanian,hungarian and others.. so it's not correct to say that they are hungarians or romanians.. they are gypsies... they speak the language of the country in which they were born

Gipsies are not romanians. They are people that have theyr own language and old culture. They like the freedom and they live in many cowntries like Rusia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary. But they just live in this cowntries and they keep to reject the civilization rules and avoid to mix with other cultures.
There is an old sovietic movie called "Gipsies are found near heaven" which is very sugestive about the gipsy phylosophy.

Ternipe is a hungarian gypsy band. Some people think it is from Romania because it is on the soundtrack of a romanian movie about 2 neighbour families, one romanian and one gypsy. The song from what i've heard is a lesson a father teaches to his son about life. You might want to check that and come with better answer.
