Why the fuck is Billy there? I understand that TPTB have a chubby for Billy Miller, but Billy doesn't need to be inserted in every situation. He's had so little to do with this surrogacy and yet here he is getting in Cane's face, bitching as usual. I don't particularly like Cane, but those are his twins and Lily is his wife. Billy should try focusing more on his own kid whom he rarely sees but for a moment at a time in between drinking binges and mattress partners of the week.
