  • Some people get it... and some people just act like they get it... these guys are clowns.

  • the weight is obviously too much for him...good way to get him injured...especially working the rotator cuff.

  • he is small lol

  • this doesnt make sense.most people can do rear shoulder exercises with more amount of weight than rotator cuff.why do you put these two together?if you use good amount of weight for rotator cuff here, you wont develop rear shoulders because it's light.if you do these with enough amount of weight to force read shoulders, you'll injure your rotator cuff cause it's such a small muscle group.rotator cuff exercises should be performed with light weight,it's not an exercise to show"how much i can lift"

  • rear deltoid does not connect to the rotator cuff it iattaches to the shoulder blade and the upper arm bone (humerus). that is why the exercise is being done that way.

  • So just do rear raises for rear delts and shoulder rotations for rotator cuff separately and safely. Like everyone else does.

  • the exercise is like it say "functional". it is working the whole rotator cuff and other connecting muscles.

  • it's working the muscle infraspinatus, not subscapularis part of the rotator cuff so you can't even say it's for "whole rotator cuff". and real deltoid is not a connecting muscle to infraspinatus. again, you don't need to work them together. these are two muscles in different sizes that need different amounts of weight. would it make sense if i told you "just do clean and jerk, don't drop the weight but do one overhead squat at the top"? no it wouldnt. neither does this.

  • you need to decrease the resistance if you are going to be doing that motion

  • are you a fucking asshole! it is heavy for him he is struggling bad your going to blow out his Rotator like that!

  • First, you did not developed this exercise, it's been around for a long time. Second, it's far too intense...when that happens the rotators get less of a workout because the major muscles of the shoulder and arm comes into play. Here is a hint...no physical therapist would use this exercise as described for rotator cuff injury prevention or rehabilitation. Reduce the workload, then the rotator cuffs will benefit the most.

  • impossible , thats over 3500 calories a day that youd ned to burn, not only is that unhealthy but that would be around 4 hours on the running machine non stop.

  • oww stuff like this would make impingement worse if not cause it in someone else. little muscles like rotator cuff require higher reps as this suits their natural function. a physio band would be a much more effective. should be able to do 20 or more reps without recruiting additional muscles as this defiets the purpose of the exercise. other than that the movement looks promising

  • It's a functional flexibility exercise. He shouldn't be straining and forcing reps like that. Very dangerous.

  • thats crap shit...

  • I agree, they are easy to damage, heavy weight is not necessary.

  • that trainer should be ashamed

  • thats way to heavy for a "ROTATOR CUFF" exercise, hes struggling to properly excecute 6 reps even at that...im not hating on ur video, i jus dont want people to think heavy rotator cuff lifting is beneficial....sorry for the bad spelling :)
