Guess what, I just saw that "Duffy" is now available on DVD from the Warner Bros. internet store. (No, I don't work for them, I've just been keeping an eye out for this release) They're doing this with a bunch of older films that probably aren't profitable as a wide DVD run. But with on-demand service they have, you want one, they burn it and send it out.
Unfortunately the version on "You're Good for Me" is way different; brass, chorus, etc. Overproduced. This version is just Lou Rawls and, I think, Booker T. & The M.G.s. Much more stripped down. Much better.
Please let us know if the OST is available. By the way, the movie is available online as a DVD-R. Try googling.
Which movie was it that Coburn's character is being questioned by reporters outside his arriving car and he's already dead? They open the door and he nearly falls out - seems to me revenge, he encounters a guy who hands him a note laced with fast-acting poison absorbed through the skin and we barely see it register on his face that he's done for - please help settle a bet, can't find this on imdb. Thanks.
This movie was filmed in Almería (Spain) y, and the waiter who gives a drink to Coburn is my grandfather. In this city many movies were filmed in those years. He apears en imdb: Manuel Hernández Asensio.

Good question. I've looked on the internet many times but have never been able to find it. It's probably not in print. I think the best bet would be to check eBay periodically to see if an old LP is being auctioned off.
@m5686 Could be wrong, but I don't believe there was ever a soundtrack album released. The Lou Rawls' song from the film "I'm Satisfied - Duffy's Theme" was included on his 1968 album, "You're Good For Me," and also on the b-side of the 45 rpm single, "Down Here on the Ground." @m5686 As far as I know, there never was a proper soundtrack album released for "Duffy." The song from this clip, "I'm Satisfied" was released on the 1968 Lou Rawls album, "You're Good for Me," and also as the b-side of "Down Here on the Ground." (Capitol 45rpm #2252)
I've always had a soft spot for this movie. They showed it to us in summer camp (1969) and I saw it on TV a couple of times after that. Coburn was definitely one of the 3 coolest men on this planet.

@Grey3Vox It was one of the "Flynt" movies in which Coburn played a secret agent. Our Man Flynt or In Like Flynt. Good flicks.
