I would just get a wired controller. If I get my first 360 I'm asking to exchange it for a wired controller. I've watch about this problem, and don't wanna deal with having to go out and buy a charger you know. I don't mind wired controllers. I'm used to it that after I built my PC mainly for gaming I said no wireless mouse I want everything wired. Plus there cheap :-).
