Just wondering: where does the idea of the Tree of Life come from? Didn't God originally expel Adam and Eve from the garden to keep them from eating of the Tree of Life, which would give eternal life? (Gen. 3:24)

Also, please provide some biblical evidence which led you to believe marijuana is the "Tree of Life." I'm having trouble connecting the dots... Thanks.

The reason it is illegal is because of the effects it had on people back in the early 1930's (just like coke, heroin, meth, alc.) Infact out gov. made it legal with a tax stamp (which the gov. never issued, making it illegal.) Drinking was made legal to help stop the mafia from invading our country. However, it was a little too late for that, but it cut the import/export of alc which was the mafia's man source of income.

I don't know about replacing Tylenol, Aleve and other pain killers, Weed doesn't do that for me. Example: I smoke weed every day when I'm not working and right now I have a bad toothache, I still need pain killers. Though, I have to agree with your points on all the other benefits of legalization. BTW, I have been arrested for weed 3 times. Criminalization of weed was caused by fear, it does hardly nothing to you physically or mentally over time besides build tolerance to the "drug".

Further, Kanahbos (Fragrant Cane), or cannabis, is specifically mentioned in Exodus as part of an annointing oil. Further, there is the Hebrew prayer of the "Fragant Herb." Hate to burst your bubble, but God created cannabis...not the devil.

Also, you do NOT know Hebrew. The word for 'fragrant cane' is NOT "Kanahbos". (Kanahbos isn't even a real Hebrew word) In fact, they are TWO different words used when the Bible discusses 'fragrant cane'. They are 'bosem' which means spice and 'qaneh' which is the Calamus reed. If you know anything about qaneh (calamus) it is an essential oil for perfumes and anointing oils. It is NOT Cannabis.

Bosem sometimes sounds like beesamim when it takes a plural ending. Also, I have several Biblical Hebrew lexicons and they ALL say that qaneh is calamus. You guys have just transliterated qaneh-bosem and said, "dude that sounds just like cannabis. We can say God wants us to smoke pot and then government can't touch us"

Also notice Ex 30:22 does NOT give a commandment to smoke cannabis. If you were really following Ex 30:22 you'd be making anointing oils instead of smoking pot.

I know this based on the Biblical description of the plant in the Bible...it is desire satisfied, a healing plant of righteousness, it is harvested 12 months a year, has 12 uses, and it is for the healing of all nations. You can make food, fuel, fiber, medicine, plastic, housing material, paper...the list goes on. People who have used this plant have been excommunicated from the body of Christ as the Bible says.
