@alyshaya Yes you can, Photoshop Elements isn't quite as good as the other photoshops but it's still good. This is actually what I use. I just got a new tablet today for Christmas :P but I have used elements with a tablet before and honestly you can really do this with any pressure sensitive art program and a LOT of talent.

@BgirlSakura i used to star with the face first too but starting with the eyes is much better if you wish to replicate the same character exactly. since youll be placing every feature where it belongs

you should try it

@Angel0Aerith What Version Have you got?? Ive got CS2 and near the top right corner there should be 2 small tabs reading , "Layer Comps" and "Brushes". Click Brushes and then Fiddle around with "Shape Dynamics" and "Other Dynamics" :D
