I've seen some dam aimbotters before, how to recognize em easily: Whenever you come into contact with em through entering a new area or meeting them by surprise, they seem to always be ready to shoot, and normally get the first hit VERY unknowledgebly fast. When snipers use this, they are so fucking deadly.

Spectate a suspected hacker in first person mode and inspect the weapon model as he fires at an enemy. If it tends to move smoothly (as you would expect from someone's hand tracing a target) the player is either not a hacker, or it's a very covert hack. If the weapon model jitters, jiggles, spasms, and otherwise behaves weirdly while firing, more than likely a hack (Or a shaky-handed person).

* Also take note of the speed that they kill the enemy player.

Watch how the screen wobbles as he shoots. Obvious hacker is obvious. There's also other ways to catch them. Shots that are way off distance. Sniping from right battlements area with insane quickness is generally a sign of hacking. Any veteran can spot this shit and just laugh at their pathetic abuse of it.

Source Recorder. It's built right into the engine. Just type record [filename] in the developer console (you need to enable it; it's in options>keyboard>advanced), and when you're done just put 'stop' in the console. This creates a .dem, which can be played back right in the game. by typing 'play [filename]' in console. There's an interface you can bring up with 'demoplayerui.' You can also record directly to a video with 'startmovie [filename] avi,' but only use it on demos, not ingame.

You use the 'startmovie' command to record a .avi (there are some paramaters you need; I don't want to explain it all since I don't have enough space, so just google it), load it into your movie editing program of choice, do the editing (you'll have to learn that on your own :p), and upload the resulting file to YouTube by clicking the 'upload' button up at the top-right corner of the page.
