Why calculate at all. Eat small portions. It's not like U are obese. In fact, you look good from your stomach up. Nice chest (breast). Drink green, fruit smoothies and eat wraps. If you keep going the way you're going you'll be a victim of Anorexia.
Thrivesurvive, you need to "fast" every night, when you consume fat it takes at least 5 hours to digest it. So I recommend eating fat only in small amounts and only until 1pm. Then after that you can eat fruits and greens, but no nuts and oils as they are both fats (yeah, no avocados, either). This allows your body to be completely finished digesting everything by midnight, so you can fast and sleep correctly. Almost no one does this as too much fat is consumed. Take care and stay raw!

Try cutting back on fattening raw foods like nuts and oil, increase your fruits and greens. You should start to see weight loss if you have some to loose. Keep in mind that even when you are not losing weight, your body is doing a lot to heal on the inside. The body prioritizes. It's possible you have some important healing to do before weight loss. Trust the wisdom of your body.
Well thanks for the reply, but if i am eating lot of pea nuts to replace meat, and get protein, but if i dont eat that what should i eat to get protein, i eat egg whilte but what else i can eat to get protein and not get fat or loose weight as well
Pine nuts contain way more fat than protein. You can get all your protein requirements from fruits, veggies, and greens w/o eating many, or any high fat foods like nuts, seeds and oils. We really only need less than 10% of our calories to be protein. There is protein in every fruit and veggie, usually in the exact quantities we need. There is a ton of misinformation about protein. I suggest you read up on the raw diet and protein so you have a better understanding & are not afraid of deficiency.

Raw food is NOT a diabetic cure. Just eating a proper diet (high fiber, low glycemic) will control diabetes, raw has nothing to do with it. If you were truly cured you could go back to eating junk.
I haven't read 80 10 10 yet, but from what I heard he doesn't believe in having any dried fruit or seasonings. At this stage for me, I don't know if I could limit myself to no seasonings, and dried fruit. I like the fact he zeros in on the fat content, because I do believe that limiting raw fat does help the body function better. I could see myself doing 80 10 10 in the future if I could incorporate it 70-80 percent of the time, and then eating what I want raw wise the rest of the time.

When I said sprouts I meant lentil and sunflower. Sprouts are fine. I had to cut out a lot on this video (because I tend to ramble). green spouts are good on 811.
That's great! I want to grow sunflower greens and alfalfa sprouts. I think the lentils and sunflower sprouts are probably too high in fat for 811, but green sprouts should be excellent. Pine nuts contain way more fat than protein. You can get all your protein requirements from fruits, veggies, and greens w/o eating many, or any high fat foods like nuts, seeds and oils. We really only need less than 10% of our calories to be protein. There is protein in every fruit and veggie, usually in the exact quantities we need. There is a ton of misinformation about protein. I suggest you read up on the raw diet and protein so you have a better understanding & are not afraid of deficiency.

At this stage for me, I don't know if I could limit myself to no seasonings, and dried fruit. I like the fact he zeros in on the fat content, because I do believe that limiting raw fat does help the body function better. I could see myself doing 80 10 10 in the future if I could incorporate it 70-80 percent of the time, and then eating what I want raw wise the rest of the time.
