  • I think people everywhere should show some respect to their respective governments.

  • Your local government employs hackers. So they can keep a close eye on any threats that may exist to disrupt their gravy train ride they have on your expense.

  • then guess what? you have to call tech support and pay through the nose for them to hold you on the line for an hour or so (you pay tech support by the hour)

    After they feel they have reaped x number of dollars, they tell you a series of code to put back the files they stole!

  • This is mainstream TV!! First off, you can't believe any of it. Or more importantly, what ever they tell you, the subject mater is usually the opposite.

    I also believe the "Hackers" are none other than the software techs. themselves.

    take microsoft for instance. You buy a new computer with a 1 yr. warranty. Declining to pay additionally for the "extended" warranty your a target for a virus. This virus is basically a techie who's job is to hack into your system and steel a few crucial files..

  • he probably works for the USA now

  • most people don't know that there is a stored administrator account on all microsoft operating system machines that does not have the password set. You have to go to the control panel/administrative tools/computer management/local users and groups/users and then right click on administrator and set the password. You need to make this one of the first things you do to your machine to help protect your crap!!! Also changing passwords every so often for any and all of your accounts is a good idea.

  • control panel/administrative tools/computer management/

    {local users and groups/users }

    I can't find this last part. some help?

  • @undtektid I read in Hacking Windows for Dummies that there are more than 44,000 access ports on your computer! If some copsucker wants in your system and you try to stop them...... Forget about it!!!

  • @a2zhandi well I understand that...I was coming from a physical approach...its the first thing you do when you get your system up...seriously I bet you could logon to a friends machine with user name administrator and no password and your in....people use them for entertainment which is not there original intention.
