@asmamohiuddin What harm is there in fasting both on the 15th and the 16th. Anyways its good to fast these 9 days, fast both days and you don't have worry about fasting on the wrong day. The day of Arafah is on Monday 15th in Makkah, Although its a day later in India since we even started the month of dhul hijjah a day later.

I don't know the answer to your question but I hope this helps.

In the Indian Subcontinent the Arabic lunar months start a couple of days later than in Saudi Arabia, so exactly from which day should we start the days of Dhul-Hijjah?

@sunnahproduction My problem was not solved. We dont know which day is our Day of Arafah. 15 or 16 Nov as in India Eid Adha is on 17 Nov. Why this variation ? Why is it not same all over the world? Are we losing on our good deeds by not fasting on the right day. Who will answer my question?
