  • Japan don't try change the people but he try to live together like the Hamer ...!

But European come and European want allways the people adopt their life...!

  • I wonder if the Japanese feel at all guilty about the blackface videos and routines they do?

Just put "what the japanese really think about black people" into the search engine and see what crap comes up.

Guess he was relieved the Africans didn't view/treat him the way the Japs view/treat black people.

  • @j1607760 i don't think they understand why blackface is offensive in Japan. Most Japanese people probably have a limited knowledge of the history of black oppression in the US so there's no context for it. I've seen a video of a Japanese man in black face doing in impersonation of Louis Armstrong and comedians making fun of ganguro girls in Tokyo who get extreeeme tans.. It's not to degrade black people, it's just a cultural misunderstanding.

  • i never thought japanese people to be tall but these ethiopians are very petite and agile.

  • wtf I dont know what r u speking.But lmao XD.

  • I LOVE AFRICA! Peace, love and blessing to my African people!

  • You are the best ! Betam teruuuuu

  • That was awesome and it had some funny parts too! I really love the Japanese people & their rich culture. The guy was a brave man stepping into an environment extremely different than what he is used to in Japan. I bet the majority of habeshas probably wouldn't even dare try so more power to him. I've always been intrigued by ethnic groups in the SNNPR of Ethiopia. They're are our brothers & sisters too & I really like the music that comes from that area. Ethiopia truly is a diverse nation!

  • I'm Japanese.

"sekai ururun taizaiki",This TV series, had become very popular.

We love Ehiopia. I want to trip.

  • @japanopinion2 Is the show about people traveling the world?

  • @superfroman Yes,all over the world.

  • So disgusting! Censorship is the hypocrisy! It's nice to burn the flag of the country which is responsible for censoring of their boyhoods in that video!

  • LOL I remeber seeing this on tv in addis I'm glad I found it :D

  • how lovely and interesting great narrator too !

  • Body lotion? what?

  • @videochemist (something) fashion lol

  • hold that

  • no entendi que dicen pero buen video.

  • Absolutely wonderful. And, I enjoy the sound of the narrative speaking voice.

  • Thank you Tagel. Powerful message.

"We all are tourist to this world" One day we all go to the same mud we are disgusted to touch. Respect to hammer people who did not forget that.

  • SHOUT OUT!!!! Enjoy the video.

San Diego is welcoming to tourists. I live here (thanks US Navy) and love it. "Our Town" by the band Pullman Standard sings "Our Town" about San Diego. Find the song on Pullman Standard Myspace site. The full length song is featured on video for a local TV station. WORTH the listen. SWEET!!!

  • any link to the sound track plzzzzzzzz??

  • long live japan and ethiopia

  • 私はエチオピアと日本が大好きです。どちらも甘いです。

  • エチオピアの日本のツーリスト

  • በጣም የምያስደስት ነዉ። ያ ነዉ አለመናቅና አለመጸየፍ ማለት።

It is interesting. That was an introduction to how to interconnect one country's calture and tradition with the other.

  • love ethiopia and japan ~peace to all~

  • dude go off youtube and get some good manners. you cant say ugly to ppl just b/c you dont like "their colors".

  • ya oromo, akan intehin. you are a human and those people are also a human. so you don't have any superiority over those people. ya, have you ever been to wachu, in western hararge around ciro? there are people who have dark skin like the southern. anyway, it is ur right to hate amhara, tigray, anyone but you don't have to make a bad comment based on once skin color. you aint differnt that those ppl. you both are poor black african.

I was there last year and it is crazy in Turmi. Great video.

  • This is an exploitation which should be banned by Ethiopian government period!

  • Whoever wrote the gitim and made the video is extremely talented. Loved every second of it. As for the Japanese dude I admire people who are willing to explore cultures so remote (seemingly?) from their own. :) Awesome.

  • He looks like he got rather sun burnt. But I admire his conviction, especially coming from very hemogenous Japanese society.

  • Bravo Japan! Now you got it.

  • Japanese seem to take to Black/African culture in all its forms from rap/ragga/reggea/funk/soul and traditional music alot better than other Asians do. Its just a little observaation.
