Motorola is a terrible company. All their products I owned have had some kind of malfunction. I hate my Tv-provider the worst, as they gave me 3 remote controls (I wonder why they gave me 3) and all of them have broken functions. Terrible Terrible company.

Oh by the way, my TV provider has a contract with Motorola and gets all their stuff made from them. That's why I hate them. The TV modem has broken countless times as well with the remote. Even the 2 backup remote they've given me was broken as soon as I tried it (the volume button and the start button).

I don't think Motorola even makes their own stuff, probably made in China somewhere. Terribly shitty. Don't buy Motorola. Any company but Motorola is good.

1)this phone has 65k screen.can this be a strong disadvantage?most phones today have 16M!!65k must be very very poor.

yeah. i hate resistive but its the only kind of touch screen Verizon has to offer.

I've heard people saying iPhone is the best and all this crap.. but its way overrated..

the one thing thats better about the iPhone however is the heat sensitive touch screen. That makes it a whole lot better. the iPhone uses 320x480 screen resolution thought, which makes transactions more full and quick.

like i said, iphone is overrated for all u nubs out there going crazy over it..

The phone's screen is capable of displaying 16m color, but the Windows Mobile software itself is limited to 65k colors.

It is laggy because the Touchwiz interface is used over the old Windows Mobile 6.1 software.

wait for the 6.5 releasing in October. it is much faster.

You most likely wouldn't notice the fact that it only has 1 65k screen..

And also I'm pretty sure the WInMo 6.1 can only support up to 16k colors right now anyways. Not a big disadvantage.

i'm disappointed by he responsiveness of the device and it's CPU.

some people have been saying this has a 800Mhz CPU, but as far as i can tell only the Samaung "JET" has confirmed 800Mhz CPU.

the rest of the Omnia quatro that were revealed the other day have not had their CPU's disclosed.

a pity, i have a TOUCH HD and this was going to be a good upgrade for me due to that AMOLED screen, and what i thought would be a better CPU (using the graphics module too!).
