  • As a Cleveland native, this is awesome!

  • I'd like to point out that there are indeed a lot of Cleveland nerdfighters.

  • and I thought he was taller in person! but then again Im only 5'7

  • I saw them in Philadelphia! I had to go BY MYSELF cuz my friends ditched me (car troubles) & I was on the phone with them the whole time outside while Lombardo was playing so I missed them, was so mad was going 2 have 2 meet Craig alone was terrified, & then as Im on the phone Craig walks up behind me from the bands van & goes inside...I finally got the courage to meet him & told him about my friends, he told me I need to reavaluate my life I was heartbroken lol but then I got a pic & autograph

  • Wheezy Waiter is shorter in real life.

  • Did you actually meet Craig, not just creep on his food? I'm one to talk; at The Space I took a picture of Karen Kavett's water bottle. It said "KAREN" on it...

  • @jujubeans360 Yes, we did actually get to meet him. I just didn't video that bit. =)

  • I live about 20 minutes away from Cleveland. I was going to go to the show but I am completely unable to navigate Cleveland streets. haha

  • @amberstar91890 We had our own trouble with that. =)

  • Re: last few seconds: Wheezy Waiter? More like Wheezy WASTEFUL! Ha! Anyone? No? Okay...

  • @gemllama I laughed. =D He left behind the homemade chips, too, and they were REALLY good chips.

  • I think that gift shop should sell doorknobs. Marley doorknobs.

  • The Christmas Story house! :D

    Nerdfighter notes FTW!

You want to see musicians performing with such energy? Check out They Might Be Giants live ... and Paul and Storm live.

    - Jason

  • @crimsong19 I would love to see TMBG perform live. That would be amazing.

  • @bandgeek8408 They are indeed amazing live. :) I've seen them twice.

  • Great video, Matt. I'm so glad I got to go see them in Connecticut.

  • Please tell me you saw EricsEveryNewDay at the gig. All you Ohio kids are so close yet you never meet.

  • @lesliefoundhergrail Sadly, no.

  • ...HOW did I not know about this tour? GAH!

  • Landscape with a Dead Tree.

Sorry I kept saying that over and over again. It just blew me away because I listened to his stuff before and didn't think it was anything particularly good.

"Looking into the how could give us a glimpse into the what." Interesting. I'm going to have to chew on that one for a bit.

  • I find it amusing how you liked the tour guide because he'd make a good middle school history teacher xD I notice that about people too.

  • Embrace your touristiness!!

The same thing happened to me when I saw DPC in St. Louis a couple weeks ago. I turned around and he was like 5 feet away, kinda freaked a little on the inside.

  • @mooplink We were actually seated in the back because we didn't have a reservation but we showed up about three hours early. And then we realized the band table was right behind us. =)

  • Some epic ceilings there. :) Glad it was a good gig - hope DPC make it to the UK at some point.

  • Holy shit Wheezy waiter!! a very cool video about an underatted city. Did you have the courage to talk to him?

  • @weirdlittlekid Yep. We talked for a bit before the show while we was uploading his video. He's pretty much like you'd expect him to be in real life.

  • great video matt! keep it up, by the way any chance you could ever travel just a bit farther north into Ontario Canada? lots of interesting stuff up here as well
